There is no parking, I had to pay and park at parking structure half a mile away. The benefit of this property is that it's in the French Quarters, walking distance to everything. The remodel is ok, toilet still moves when you sit. Overall very nice stay

Our stay at The Inn on Saint Peter was fantastic! We enjoyed the hospitality the staff provided, Glenn at the front desk was lots of help. The hotel is located close enough to the fun of bourbon street, but still feels private. Booked a full size bedroom but got a little upgrade when we arrived so that was nice as well.

This historic inn really gives you the flavor of the French Quarter. The building is from 1805, and it is a short walk to Bourbon Street and other major sites. Being so old, there were some issues: the wifi still wasn't back after a hurricane and the shower lacked hot water. Still, those are minor inconveniences, and I loved my stay.

It was a nice stay. The front desk was helpful. Especially during the hurricane. Enjoyed how easily you can walk to Bourbon st, Royal st, and Jackson Square Park. And, how quiet it is at night. So you can relax and sleep.

We received a call while at the airport leaving for MSY informing us that due to the recent hurricane, we were being transferred to Lamothe House. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us, but we have a couple complaints. First, we were told that our room was only supposed to be serviced every 3 days. We had to hunt down towels daily so we could shower. One of the desk clerks Gabby, was very helpful and helped us get a bicycle cab to our tour, and was always smiling and gave great service. We were also disappointed that there were groups of homeless people collected around the corner our entire week there. We realize this is not the hotel’s fault, but nothing was done to discourage this and made walking to the corner store unsafe in the evenings. The hotel itself had great charm with ornate history, but it ends there. After long days walking in the French Quarter, we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub that we were told about, but that also was not working and apparently hasn’t been for some time. Sadly we will not be returning to this property the next time we come to New Orleans.

Our stay was great the only inconvenience we had was the parking and our WiFi. There really isn’t much options for parking near the hotel but that will be an issue no matter where you stay in that area. Our WiFi service was nonexistent but everything else was good.

We were at first disappointed to discover that our room -- which was tiny -- did not have a WiFi signal. Todd, the manager on duty, offered to accommodate us in another room that had decent WiFi -- and was much bigger, with its own lounge area -- which we gratefully accepted. The Inn on St Peter is in the French Quarter and close to all amenities, including restaurants, pubs with jazz, and shops. It's also a 15-minute walk from the bus station that cost us just 40 cents each (my wife and I are pensioners) to the airport -- instead of the $36 the taxi charged us from the airport!
