My problem with this place was lack of hot water and I had a problem getting into my room daily. Staff was great with helping me out but this hotel needs help.

1st room offered was not suitable for occupancy; 2nd room was unclean, bathroom faucet had a steady leak, only one lamp worked; room keys inoperative, smell of mold, I could go on and on ... decided not to stay, booked with the holiday inn express (excellent hotel). Prepaid, and still trying to be refunded. Only positive is the staff I dealt with (other than the Manager Ms. Roe) are pleasant

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing during a shower. This place could really use some updates. Needs more outlets, only open one was the bathroom. Elevators were down so I asked for a 1st floor room which wasn’t available, but 2nd floor wasn’t too bad. I missed breakfast but a Dennys is steps away so no big deal. Close to airport, highway, and many food options, I would definitely return after a renovation.

1st of all, their rooms were all outdated. Old furniture, dirty and dusty and broken faucets and cracked tubs. We had to switch room when we 1st checked in at least 5X. Each room had an issue, like smell bad, cracked tubs, etc... however we chose the best of whatever. 2nd they had a bad card swipe, had to get my door key replaced every day because it stopped working. And 3rd the room was a king size but the maid kept ONLY bringing 1 set of towel when it was me and my wife that were there. That really pissed me off. Anyway i love La Quinta Inn but this one needs lots of updates. I am sorry to say but this place is a dump.

the first day there were no coffee cups, eggs or sausage for breakfast. OK the 2nd day.,No hot water. No one was around when I wanted to check out. Filled up my car with gas,came back and still no one at the front desk

The pictures on your website are NOT what is actually onsite. This property is DIRTY, unsafe, there are bugs, mold in the rooms, mold in the ventilation, water damaged drywall, trim falling off, damaged doors, bed bugs, NO HOT WATER, shady people watching you all night long, water damaged carpet, exposed piping is damaged on the bathroom fixtures, HVAC barely operates, front office not only locks the door at night for safety but had to KICK OPEN the door to get it open for us to check in because the front doors of the hotel were so badly out of plumb that they didn't operate properly. My wife developed a bacterial illness from the couple of hours we had to stay in the room while we argued with the hotel for a refund and we had to get her seen by a doctor for some medicine. The rooms pictured were bright and airy, with white walls and clean white linens. We had dirty, yellow-ish walls and dingy linens. The tiny fridge was dented and still had the yellow information sticker from the manufacturer on it from the store describing the energy saving features and it was so worn it was cracking. It was shoved in a corner of the room and didn't work. The little round table was wobbly and the room in general made you want to scrub for hours in a bath of bleach. I've travelled all over the world and stayed in some of the most remote places you can possibly imagine and I've never been in a place as despicable as this hotel. I wanted a full refund but they would only give me a partial.

False advertisement of electric charge station. There was no electric charge even though it was specified in the description. The room keys did not work. After arriving after a long drive we were attended by a front desk staff whowas talking on phone all the the time while trying to assign rooms. Took us around 40 minutes just to get 2 room and the key didn't work for the initially assigned room. The front desk staff clearly mentioned 7-10 for breakfast but after arriving at 9 we were told that breakfast is over. The lady was rude for no reason. Worst experience. I had a nice experience in La quinta but this made me rethink before booking any La Quinta property

The staff was nice but our experience was horrible. The room was not cleaned right. I took a video when we got there of hair all over the sink. Looks like the person who stayed there before us shaved and housekeeping didn't clean it. There was also a noodle cup still sitting int he microwave and a paper top from a ramen noodle cup was on the side of the bed. There was a sign that the elevator didn't work. We had issues with our keycard too. Our card deactivated everyday we were there and so I had to keep gowing downstairs to the lobby to get our card reactivated again everyday. The cealing and walls were all bubbled up as if it had major water damage. There wasn't very many people staying there when we did but I went to the lobby to ask for another towel and the guy said they didn't have anymore available.

Hoy, olvidamos una cartera. Regresamos lo mas rapido posible para recogerla y ya no estaba, no nos quisieron dar acceso a revisar. Ya habian limpiado. Supuestamente no vieron nada, cuando muy sospechosamente antes de pedirles acceso no habian limpiado ni nada. Las señoras de servicio muy racistas con los mexicanos. Las llaves nunca sirven. Hacen menos a todos nosotros, la verdad pesima experiencia. Y muy triste porque a uno le cuesta mucho ganar su dinero de forma honesta, para encontrarse con este tipo de personas. Espero que alguien lea mi reseña y decida hospedarse en otro Hotel

Give them a chance. Staff is GREAT!
It was a very good experience. The room was clean and looked recently updated. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. The best part is that every staff member was GREAT. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was more than expected. Full breakfast was provided along with make your waffle station. There was also yogurt, fruit cereal and other items available. Even the coffee was GOOD.If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stay here.

The workers were very nice, thats the only thing that was nice about this place! Our room key only worked once a day, no ice in the whole facility, our bed spread was white with stains. The refrigerator froze our drinks, there was barely any hot water. The juice machine wasn't working on one side and they didn’t put a sign on it so everyone tried to use it a d got sprayed with water! The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the room and building was old and dirty looking. Terrible place to stay! DON'T STAY THERE!!! IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON!

Worse Hotel in New Orleans
Whewww where do I start. Arrived at 6-7 p.m. I'm Disabled no double beds on the first floor. We had to tote our luggage to the 2nd floor. I'm handicapped by the way. Opened door smelled like it was half cleaned, Beds made but spots on sheets. TV didn't work, I called about it and she said maintenance can fix it Saturday I said I check out that day. Then no microwave, Shower didn't work, Tub was dirty with hair in it, Taking a bath was difficult because I'm handicapped by the way. Bathroom was small as my closet, Most outlets didn't work. I only slept 3 hours because of the smell noise all through the night and the heat. I don't see my 500 points I was offered after making reservations. I deserve free rooms at a better hotel this was the worst night of me and my Guest night. When I turned in the key the clerk said leave it there that they're doing something with their system and didn't say have a good day or nothing,Wasn't worth $118 or whatever. SMH
