There was a bad smell throughout the hotel, there was a guest being very loud at night, the condition of the hotel and furnishings were old, shabby and outdated (the room had only one power outlet I could find in an awkward spot, for example) and they shut off our water at 11. The staff and service were very good, however.

The room that I stayed in was surprisingly large and it was kept clean. The staff was all friendly. Everything from dining, shopping, and drinking establishments were all a walking distance. I will definitely book this hotel when i come back to new orleans

The elevator was horrible, sounded like a haunted movie. Was really scared every time when had to ride it. They took 165.00 out of our account without telling us. Our gym membership bounced because of it. Costing 60.00 in bank fee. When ask about it they man got cery rude. The restaurant is only open Thursday - Satu

The property needs updating, specifically the elevator which made us all nervous! The room was fairly clean, although we did not have a garbage pail in our room and when asking staff for one was given a trash bag. The doors, walls, showers could use a cleaning. But, the bed was comfy and the room a nice size. Convenient walk to everything!

The room was dirty, there was water left in the ice bucket, trash under bathroom sink. The hotel Is very outdated,old smelly carpets, the AC is super loud. Pool loungers broken. This hotel needs an upgrade asap. Location and staff were great though

Staff lazy/ rude/ could not , get enough wash cloths & towels to accommodate our stay/ staff would say “ we just don’t have them” had to beg for extra bedding for sofa sleeper/ which had socks ( from previous stays)rolled up in old linens removed. Old hotel which hasn’t been updated in AWHILE..

There was an issue with the booking initially. Once I was there I was assured that she would ‘get things done’. And she took care of it! Location is fantastic and the courtyard and pool are awesome.

Great location. Convenient for walking in the French quarter but still able get away from the crowds and noise if you want to. Bathroom and carpet in the room could benefit from an upgrade. Had problems getting the tv to work but the staff were responsive in fixing it both times that we called.

This property was misrepresented on their website. The only parling was valet and not emetioned. Their restaurant is only open thurs thru Sunday also not mentioned on website. Ac in room did not work, and the room door deadbolt did not function when door was closed. The room Did not look very clean. I requested a full refund for these reasons within 10 min of arrival. We had to then secure last minute accomadations at a different hotel. Ibwould NEVER book here again!

The wheelchair accessible room was great. It had a balcony overlooking Toulouse and two beds. TV didn't appear to have cable/satellite service, so no way to watch local channels / news. Bummer.

Unfortunately we had a very rude front desk agent refuse to even look to see if our room was ready at 3 pm. Instead made us valet the car without removing our luggage then told us to wait til 4. As we were waiting outside in the heat my daughter got thirsty so I went in to get her a drink and while standing in line to ask the front desk where I could get a drink for her overheard her tell another guest that she was checking in that because she was a travel agent that they would find her a room immediately and that she knew that they had clean rooms ready. Just 10 minutes prior she refused to even check for us. 20 minutes after that I saw a couple wheeling their luggage to their room and went inside again and talked to the manager on duty. She apologized and got us checked into our rooms of which one wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as we found items from the previous guests in it, and the other looked like someone had put their luggage on the beds as the blankets weren’t flat. The rooms were very dated, no mattress covers (I always check for bed bugs since I travel a lot for work), bathrooms were moldy, and TV required you to sign into your own streaming service to watch anything. All in all very disappointed in the quality of the rooms. I can’t forget about the elevators that creaked and groaned so much while they were working you were terrified they were going to either breakdown or free fall to your death. I won’t stay there again
