Older property can use some updating especially in the bathroom area. Very small room but perfect for a one night stay. Conveniently located at edge of quarter so its walking distance to major sites. Pool was a definite plus. Balcony is not private so we met some wonderful people. Everyone was super nice including the staff at the front desk and the parking guys. Room was clean but outdated, carpet a little dinghy and stained but as i said its an older property. Overall a great place to stay. Balcony room is a definite must. We enjoyed sitting outside and people watching most of our stay.

It is in a good location for staying in the French Quarter. Park the car and don't get back in it until you leave.

The restaurant inside of the hotel had limited hours so much so we never had an opportunity to partake. What is the point of having a restaurant inside the hotel if they are never open... We were there the weekend of The Red Dress Run a busy time for sure

Great walking distance to all the action. Nicole at the front desk was the absolute best. Nicole was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Hotel itself was a bit older., biggest thing i would ask is to have the smoke deyrctors changed and updated to carbon monoxide smoke xombos. Once smoke detractors start to yellow they are past their mormsl ligespan. Did we mention Nicole at the front desk was awesome

not worth the trip
first we went into a room that had a moldy smell and visual water damage. A roach got into my bag. Second they moved us to another room however this room the water came out brown. while we were out they called and told us they will move us to another room. Third room was ok but for a short stay we had 3 rooms. The pool was down and dirty we could not use it and had to go to another pool several blocks away. We did no use this pool The ice machinces on all floors were out of order. The staff tried to work with us and make up for this however this was non refundable and I would have left and gone somewhere else.

The property was fine. Close to everything in the quarter. Coffee was good. However the pool was closed all weekend and it was 115 heat index. I specifically chose this property because the reviews said it had the biggest pool in the quarter. Very disappointed it was closed as it was the only amenity I really desired.
