We loved the location but that was it. Staff was short and not very helpful! Went to the game on Sunday (Raider fans) and it was my wife’s birthday on Sunday. Getting to the room was a chore going up the steps with our luggage. Getting off the elevator the bell hop forced his way on while we were getting off. Parking was a joke we were i encourage to park in the Convention Center garage and walk with our luggage back to the hotel. Just a poor experience all the way around , we will not be returning to this hotel

Our stay was amazing. The staff was all friendly and eager to meet our needs. We were able to check in early but they were also willing to hold our luggage if the room wasn’t quite ready. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. We requested more towels and they quickly brought them to the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideally located for your pre or post cruise given the close proximity to the port. Easy walk to shipping and restaurants. The hotel lobby is inviting and the room was clean and spacious. Would stay again!

This area of New Orleans is always my go to especially if you have children you’re traveling with everything from the aquarium, Fulton alley bowling and restaurant are within a safe walking distance

This property is not well kept nor very sanitary overall. From urine on the toilet upon my arrival, multiple dirty towels being provided and the sheets on the bed were not clean. There are many other properties in the area if one is interested. Ultimately, if you choose to stay here just be aware this property does not live up to its name you will be disappointed.
