Check in went really smooth. (Shanda?) Was pleasant and informed us about the amenities to include gated parking. The floors in the room were tiled/laminate. The water for the shower was extremely hot, but no noticeable cold.

The bed was uncomfortable I don’t know if it was broken or not. The sink was clogged and the shower was dirty. There were a lot of items under the bed. Front desk was nice and helpful. Outside was clean and quiet. Room could’ve been a lot more cleaner. Overall it was a decent stay next I will book downtown.

Well first I'd like to say when we got there to check in the young girl at the front desk was very polite she was excellent we had already had long day and she was very quick to get us into our room. That was the good we get to our room and the door's been left ajar. I'm thinking it's because they probably got done cleaning it. When we got in there the room was dirty beds were made but the sheets and blankets were all dirty it's white bedding so you can see all the stains left behind by previous guests. There was fruit flies flying around and tons of ants in the sink and on the counter in the bathroom. It was already late so we couldn't get another hotel so we had to spend the night. For safety precautions we always check the closets under the beds and so forth because the door was left open and looking underneath the beds there was dirt like a half inch thick there was leftover stuff from other people it's like the room has never been swept. Needless to say we barely slept because you didn't want to sleep in the dirty beds and there's nobody at reception after a certain time.. never mind wanting to shower and we had to wait because the shower was disgusting. We checked out immediately the next morning and got a beautiful Inn on Charles Street. Unfortunately I already paid ahead and there's no refunds so I lost out on over $300. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
