The Hotel is in a great location, walking distance from everything including the trolly pick up. For the price we paid the shower didn’t really work right and we had to ask for another fridge since the one in the room didn’t turn on and even the one we got didn’t really work that well.

The door wouldn’t lock. The room was freezing and was set to COOLING. A tech came to work on the door, after 10 min, requested a room change. They didn’t offer. I asked again after 20 min and they finally changed. Front desk or room didn’t even have complimentary water.

Property was a little run down. There was pink mold on the shower grout and water damage on the ceiling above the tub. We could hear water dripping. Also the toilet would not stop running.

It was all great except a small thing; the shampoo and conditioner bottles were so hard there was no way an older person could get anything out. Otherwise a great experience!

The hotel way conveniently located, room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant downstairs was excellent.we were there New Year’s Eve and luckily were back at the hotel before chaos ensued. Left a day early because of it and Expedia and the hotel are working in a refund for the one nights lodging. Very helpful front desk folks and the desk manger was great!
