It is an ACE hotel so you have an idea of what to expect. The problem is, they fail to meet those expectations. I stayed here for my wedding which was going to be at a venue nearby. When you arrive at this ACE Hotel, be prepared there is no loading/unloading zone. You are expected to double park blocking traffic, or blocking the commercial driveways. No staff is here helping to direct where to go. If you have a lot of stuff, this will be problematic. You would expect a bellhop, or some hotel staff to assist with unloading your bags onto a cart so your vehicle can be moved promptly. I had to find the cart, wheel it to my car down the block, and bring it in. Nobody bothered to assist with the doors either while trying to push a loaded cart in. At check-in, the staff decided to give me only one key for my room. Not a big deal I thought. I gave it to my partner who brought the bags up while I went to go park my car. Once I get to the elevators which are slow to come, I find they are key card access only. So I had to go back to the front desk and get another key. Inconvenient, but why not just ask how many I needed at check in?
I booked a Skyline room. Once I get to my room, I see that my view is the condos across the street and nothing else. I called down to the front desk and that is where they informed me 'Skyline View' just means floors 10 and above. Misleading.
Overall, very poor hospitality. Definitely expected more from a 4 star hotel.
