The hotel was very nice and cozy. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Pillows were soft but very comfortable. The waiter at the bar was very friendly and polite. Food was expensive at the property. We went for a concert at the Barclay center and the distance from hotel was just 10 minutes. You did not need a car or taxi to go there. The neighborhood was really safe to walk. Overall the hotel was the perfect choice for cleanliness and the convenience. We will go again if we need to.

One of the more unique hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were super friendly all weekend. Great bagel spot connected to the hotel for breakfast. Directly across the street from the AC line. A 5 minute walk to any store you can think of. I’ll definitely stay here again. The only thing I’d caution - if you like a more lowkey hotel, this is not the place for you. The lobby was packed with people at all hours, every single day I was there. They also have live DJs on different nights. I didn’t mind either of these things, but I could see how that would turn people off.

No hot water in the shower. Yes, I waited a long time. Bathroom sink was clogged. Shower design is so poor and should be fixed. There is no door, but also no design plan for keeping the water in and it floods the entire bathroom floor. This especially sucked when my slippers were soaking wet after a freezing cold shower. And then I had to deal with packing those in garbage bags in my luggage… The restaurant that used to be in the lobby has closed and there was no advertisement or information about this at booking. Another big disappointment. The Ace used to be better than this. I was/am surprised by this experience.

BK Stand Up!

Although this was a 1-night stay, I was stunned at how beautiful the hotel was. The photos do no justice. It is really beautiful, and a relaxing atmosphere. Low lights, earthy tones all around, room was very modern and the view was amazing from the 11th floor. Beds were very comfortable, bedding was clean and soft to the touch. Overall, 9 out of 10. Hopefully, I have the opportunity to visit this beauty again and fully bask in the ambiance.

I stay at the ACE Brooklyn whenever I can -- it is really well located between a number of very cute and fun neighborhoods. There are lots of bars and cafes around. The team is VERY friendly and accommodating. The gym is small but nice.
