Never again.

We didn’t even stay there. The hotel was not what it was advertised in the site. The full hallway was smelling like week and cigeratte smoke. The room was dark and smelly. When we went to the reception to ask if refund was available, there was a couple booking a room for 2 hours. I am not even sure why hotel.com has the hotel listed in the site. I am very much disappointed in the sute as well for listing such hotel in it’s booking site.

As an avid traveler i was expecting a far more better establishment than had been advisement on Expedia. Once we arrived at the hotel, there was no designated parking for the off loading of luggage. The parking deck (if you you want to call it that) was very small and congested. Once i had checked into and proceeded to my assigned room; there was no elevator. Having to climb the stairs with luggage was a little challenging. Once i entered the room i noticed immediately that the room was not what was advertised or quality for price that i had paid. The issues are as followed: 1) Dark and Dingy 2) No adequate lighting 3) Smoke detector was missing 4) The Security chain and lock was broken 5) The bathroom was dirty and without towels In summary: I checked out immediately and moved to another hotel with better accommodation and amenities. In summary: I would not recommend this hotel to any of my business clients, friends, or family members. I will be inquiring about receiving a full and complete refund

Not good.

Unless you really need to stay here, don't. what worried me was when I requested a first floor room, they said they didn't have any because they are used for "hourly renters". For what I paid, the room (they were finally able to get me a first floor room) was barely big enough for the bed, and hot water was not available.

The entire second floor smelled of marijuana smoke all three days I stayed there. The room and furniture were in poor shape. I could hear all noises from the traffic and people outside my widow which made it difficult to sleep. The hallways were not clean and had wet spots in several areas. I would not book here again.

Keep Looking!!!

The room isn’t even that bad (it was dirty besides the sheets and bathroom amenities though and there’s no real window you can see through) but the staff are disgustingly disrespectful. Oh my goodness. I will never stay here again. I know if it’s a class thing or a race thing, but if your budget can stand it, choose another hotel. These people are rude, especially to people of color, AS people of color and I wouldn’t even recommend a person off the street to sleep in this place with the way they throw things at you and ignore you when you approach the window respectfully. They continue conversations for MINUTES like you’re not even there (this was the lady). They don’t seem to think that people will tell them about themselves. I don’t give a damn how many rude people come in off the streets. You got you a respectful customer, you need to MATCH that respect. PERIOD. They ought to be ashamed of their performance.
