Room was dirty when checked in. No type of housekeeping unless you request it and when you do request it cleaning ladies have an attitude or don't show up at. All stores and public transportation are very far. Will never stay here again

The ceiling are not properly fixed they have open spaces in the ceiling with some falling out.Showers were dirty,floors not mopped inside hotel,terrible customer service,they don’t even care about your inquiries will ignore you.They don’t assist in any items in room missing.

Cool motel. It has Roku TV, full length mirrors, and a nice big bed for you to enjoy. And, it's located right next to the freeway, making it very convenient to get to. Also, if you ever experience any problems, there just happen to be a NYPD police station next door, if you need them.

There is a police station right next door to this place. So I decided to go over there and ask questions about the area around this place. The policeman was very nice and right up front about everything around there. He said it a very very high crime rate area. It was a very very dangerous place to be at. He said you do not go walking at night time. The hotel it self is known for drug busts and prostitutes. The FBI knows that property very well and they do to. So I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Deceptive advertising regarding smoking rooms
I booked this hotel because we were stuck at the airport and got bumped to the next night. The listing deceptively shows one of the room features as "non-smoking". But, we were booked a smoking room. When I saw this, I immediately tried to contact hotels.com and the hotel to resolve. We were not able to stay because of medical issues for my wife with a smoking room. Even though we did not stay in the hotel at all and ended up sleeping in the airport, the hotel would not issue a refund for any portion of the payment.

The property is called a hotel, but it is actually a motel, the rooms we were given had no windows and the doors were opening in a garage. We felt unsafe because the doors had no locks on the inside- anyone with a card could open the rooms at any time.

Tons of ants in the room. Fridge on the floor. Bedside table didn't reach the outlet so was unable to use the chargers. Reeked of marijuana and bathroom smelled like mildew.
