Great location only a few steps from Times Square. Short walk to the subway, restaurants and theaters. Staff was attentive and room was clean. Rooms were quiet with only hallway noise. The room was warm and the window air conditioner was awkward to use being partially blocked by the odd sliding windows. The breakfast was enough to get going for the day with adequate seating and some views from the windows. It was too cold to eat outside but there were a few tables available

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay right off of Times Square the Casablanca is the perfect location. The staff is amazing and some of the best and most attentive I have ever had at a hotel.

NYC Marathon
This hotel was great! We were in town for the marathon and wanted to be close to the bus route. This was a short walk to bus in the morning. I was worried about noise in the evening but there was none. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

We had never been to NYC before, so were not quite sure what to expect. All the reasons we chose the Casablanca were true to form. It was exactly what the reviews said about it, and unfortunately that was the issue. We chose it for the location, being so close to Times Square. That was my mistake. We had a front facing room that we could hear all the noise through the A/C unit in the window. The hotel was very cute and quirky, just like we wanted. Staff were attentive, and the Continental breakfast was much more that I thought would be available.

Great stay
Fantastic location just off time square, but a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are all Fantastic and will help out however they can. It is a fantastic hotel, this is our 2nd stay, and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful hotel just steps away from Time Square and easy access to many NYC attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a deluxe queen room which was smaller than expected but overall, location and service were great. Would stay again.

So quiet you forgot where you were! I have never felt so cared for during a stay in NYC. 1st location is beyond perfection if you want to see shows. 2nd, with Hurricane Helene bearing down upon us, we needed to delay our arrival to fly out safely - Jeffrey allowed us to change our reservation without losing any money and did NOT have to do this. So kind! We loved the lacroix/snacks and yummy breakfast. Finally, on the last day our lyft driver wanted to change our pick up location. Michael rolled our bags over across times square and stayed with us until we found our driver. Above and beyond! we will definitely be back! Thank you Casablanca!

What an amazing experience! The staff were exceptional, attentive and so willing to help. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the 24 hour cafe was a bonus.If I ever visit NY again, I will definitely book a room at Casablanca again.
