The location is great and convenient to lots of things. The building is nice, but when it comes to the hotel room the carpet in my room was dirty and the sink was clogged, the ac heater wasn't working. I called them they brought me a portable heater to use for my 3 nights. I'm very disappointed after paying $450 per night even a mini fridge they asked me to pay $30 per days to have one in my room. My 6 years old daughter had breathing issues with the dirty carpet and cold room. I was gonna leave to go to another hotel, the front desk people told me i won't have my money back. If you need toothpaste, water you have to call the front desk. Advice, never use bar soap they gave you on your face cause your face will burn and turn red.

The room was so hot and maintenance couldn’t cool down room. Impossible to sleep. Also, front desk rarely answered the phone and when never brought ip luggage cart after waiting over 20 minutes.

Ideal location, the safe in the room didn’t work , they sent 2 people up, unfortunately they both said the same thing, it needed the engineer to change the batteries, and they expected us to wait in the room for the engineer. When you have only a few days in NY we decided it wasn’t worth the wait. Also we had ask for robes, the bath towels were small. Needed a few necessities I have come to expect from a 4* that wasn’t there!

Room and bathroom was not cleaned properly before our arrival, it was dusty and toilet seat had stuff under seat. Allowed maid to clean room once in our one week stay and was not cleaned properly and beds were not made properly. Toiletries were not refilled when finished carpet was not vaccumed.

Family Stay - Times Square - 8 days / 2 rooms
Incredible location and relatively quiet considering you’re in the middle of time square. We were on the 21st floor. There was no fridge in the room however one was provided immediately on request at no cost. Shower pressure was “commercial strength” which we loved. House keeping were amazing, polite and efficient. Good coffee facilities and coffee, however the stocks weren’t consistently restocked. The building is starting to get a little tired but still more than acceptable for the price and location. Easy access to everything.
