Great hotel.
Hotel Executive Le Soleil was a great hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Close proximity to subway and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back for another stay.

Overall the hotel was great, it was clean and staff were really helpful. The location is ideal for anyone who would like to stay in the centre of New York, right by time square and the Empire State Building. There are some restaurants around but not a large amount to choose from.

It was a great stay, would definitely come back! The only negative comment I would have was the wifi. It was really bad and took forever to load things even though we were on the third floor. Overall though, amazing hotel, great service, comfortable beds!

We stayed at Executive Hotel Le Soleil for 5 nights in an executive suite booking through Expedia. We were travelling with our 6 month old baby and so had specifically chosen this hotel for the suite style room and the fact that it stated a cot would be available for our baby. Prior to our trip we phoned the hotel to confirm this, unfortunately we had an extremely frustrating conversation with one particular member of staff who said ‘this is not a hotel that has cots’ - this staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful to the point that we very nearly cancelled our booking to stay elsewhere. We decided to bring our own travel cot from the UK and to our surprise on checking in we were informed that there were indeed cots available! Despite this initial disappointing experience we subsequently had an excellent stay, Shelley and Andrew (front of house) were particularly helpful and made us feel relaxed and welcome throughout our stay. Another mention must go to Latch who helped us with an unfortunate incident with the safe. The room itself was clean and spacious, we were initially worried about noise as our room was next to the lift however this did not turn out to be an issue! The location of the hotel is excellent, with many food, coffee and shopping opportunities right on the doorstep. Overall despite our initial concerns we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be more that happy to stay again in future.

Chose this hotel because it was pet friendly & chose the larger room with a separate sitting area. It was perfect! No street parking around on a Saturday, but so happy with this choice. Check in and out was smooth, room was clean, quiet, comfortable, perfect location. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
