Good hotel and centrally located!
The staff was amazing. Night staff on the weekend of Dec 28-30 were very courteous and helpful. Checkin was a breeze. Welcome water and hot chocolate was a nice touch. Executive suit was enough space for 3 people. Beds were comfortable. Room has a big window overlooking the street. Bathroom was good /clean. Overall the hotel upkeep is good. Would consider booking again next visit.

This was our second stay in this hotel and it was just as great as we remembered -- it's in a PERFECT central location (close to Penn Station, walking distance to Bryant Park AND there are several really nice cocktail bars/restaurants right next door) and the hotel itself is really nice decorated for the holidays and the rooms/bathroom are pretty spacious (with a great view of the Empire State Bldg!). We've only visited this hotel in December so we can do our usual Christmas-in-New York plans, but I highly recommend it in general!

The lobby was pleasing. The room was size was ok. I thought it could have been bigger for the prize we paid. The sofa bed was right by the door which felt awkward for my roommate. The beddings were nice and soft. Slept comfortably.

Hidden gem in NYC
We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the infused water and hot chocolate in the lobby. We also loved the cozy fire, seating, and Christmas decorations in the lobby. After a long, cold day, we brought back pizza and it was great to spread out and eat it on tables by the fire. The room was great and we loved the layout. The kids had their own space with the sofa bed and a TV and we had ours with a very comfortable bed and a TV. The shower got hot fast and had great pressure. And the hotel was so quiet. They were fully booked, but we never heard anyone else on our floor. Very restful nights, which can be so rare. And we never had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator. The location is also excellent. A block away from Macy's, a couple of blocks from the Empire State Building, easy walks to Bryant Park, Times Square, Broadway, and Rockefeller Center. Thirty-minute walk to Central Park. It's in the middle of everything but tucked down a quieter side street, which was perfect. We felt the price was incredibly steep at almost $700 a night, but it was New York at Christmastime and we were hard-pressed to find anything decent at a cheaper rate. All in all, we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I booked two rooms and we came to celebrate our anniversaries. The staff, especially manager Jorenz made our stay memorable. He gave us complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversaries for both rooms. Hospitality here is outstanding and every staff member tries to give you an outstanding experience. I would come here again.
