We stayed for a week at this hotel. Very convenient location in mid town. Close to lots of shopping including Macys and Target plus restaurants. Subway stop was close. Our room on the 5th floor was extremely quiet which was wonderful. We never heard sounds from rooms above or around us which was a very pleasant surprise. We were also happy having a small refrigerator in the room so we could store our berries for breakfast. The lobby area was nice and we sat there several times while resting after a long day of sightseeing. On the downside, we paid for a slightly larger room with a sitting area, but the area with the couch was an awkward size and when sitting on the couch you didn't face the TV; you would need to lie down on the couch to watch TV. The couch was worn or stained on one arm. Given the configuration of this space, we didn't feel it was worth the added expense.

Perfect stay
Excellent location. Was traveling for work and could not have wanted a better location to relax and unwind. Noise level was perfect being silence and all staff werd excellent.

Before arriving I received a text on WhatsApp asking me to provide details and complete checkin which I did. But when I arrived at the hotel it felt like I had to repeat everything which was disappointing. Why waste my time responding to the pre checkin and then have to do the same when I arrive.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel special. They surprised me with a complimentary birthday wine in my room. The attention to detail was impressive; my room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view that added to the celebratory atmosphere.
