Nice place to stay. In the heart of everything in the Times Square area. Showed up early and they let us check in which really helped. The only glitch was the in room coffee maker didn’t work. They brought up another one and it wasn’t working either. Third time was a charm and I was able to get my morning coffee. Room was clean but small. Bathroom was clean and modern. If you want a view, you will have to pay extra for it. The rooms on the lower floors have a nice view of the building next door.

I loved the hotel. It was easy and quick to get to my room and all the staff in the evening were great. Hotel was so comfortable and next to the Times Square. I loved the stay and felt so relaxed.

The staff was great and the location was convenient to everything NYC has to offer. The room was small but clean, the mattresses need replacing. Saturday night there was loud techno music coming from somewhere and we couldn't sleep. We were unable to determine if this was occurring outside of the hotel or above us somewhere. The hotel is in the garment district and looks nice for the most part, but we saw homeless people doing drugs and talking to themselves whenever we left the hotel. It is scary but unfortunately we saw this all over the city and this was/is no fault of the hotel.
