The staff was very nice. The room with 2 double beds was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. 3 adults could not move around at the same time. 1 desk chair was the only place to sit other than the beds, very small cupboard for a closet. No place to store suitcases. The heat went up and down no matter what you set it at. We walked the city about 10 miles per day and the only time I was on edge was on the block where the hotel entrance was. Will choose a different hotel if I rerun to NYC.

Loved the location, each direction you walked to there was something exciting. We noticed the chair in our room had white stains on it but other than that everything at the hotel was pleasant.

Hotel was fine for a one night stay in NYC. Minutes within walking distance of MSG and a 20 minute walk to GCS. Room was small, as they all are in the city. Room was clean and well kept. It felt dated, but as I said clean. Couldn’t beat the rate. Yes, I would stay again.

Lianna was great check in was fast and easy, she also found my Hilton Honors number and applied it to my room. She is a wealth of knowledge about the area and what kind was surrounding the hotel. She was very patience and kind. My only suggestion would be for the double bed rooms to not be on the back side of the hotel so the only thing you see is the business next door. Will come and stay here next year it really was close to food and shopping. A short walk from Penn Station. Great Place to stay also close to Time Square.

Service needs improvement.
Restaurant had awful service waited over 40 minutes for breakfast had to leave without eating. Requested three times to put Thanksgiving day parade on TV in lobby. When spoke to manager about restaurant he was rude. Informed me it’s not the hotels. It was in the lobby and promoted by hotel. Manager was extremely rude to me and my wife.
