We liked that we were in Chinatown and close to Little Italy. It had amazing views from the roof top bar. What we didn't like was we found out on our last day leaving for one last picture from there that there was a free breakfast for guests! A whole buffet! We asked if it was for a special party? They said no, for all guests. No one ever told us checking in and didn't see it online. Seemed like a miss cause they told us there was tea and coffee on 2nd floor each am. Very confusing. Other thing is elevator is very dark no matter what time of day and hallways.

This hotel was very conveniently located near Soho and right next to little Italy. Subway station was a 5 min walk as well. Room was clean and spacious and the hotel was very well kept.

The hotel staff all very nice. The area was very close to China town and little Italy the only thing we did not like was the bed was hard. Other than that I recommend if that’s the area you are wanting to be.

Unfortunately when arrived to the hotel late at night they did not have my booking available, hotel at full capacity. Staff informed me that they would refund me for the days booked and day after when reached out about it they completely refused the refund. Extremely disappointed of the customer service provided by their manager.
