GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
We stayed a few nights to explore Times Square and hit the Cowboy v Giants game before we cruised to Bermuda from NYC! This place was excellent and only three short blocks from Times Sq. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking here! They offer car service to and from airport and it was not very pricey at all!

Overall, the property was nice inside but outside wasn’t great. On Expedia the property is advertised as having views of Times Square but you can’t see any portion of Times Square from any point in the hotel. The room was very small and the shower was glass so a parent traveling with their children couldn’t shower. Outside was not in the greatest area. Definitely not worth what I paid for one night but not terrible overall.

Great location just off Times Square. Nice rooms with modern bathroom. Clean and tidy. The family room was a tight squeeze with two beds and a pull out sofa bed, although we expected this in NYC. The breakfast buffet was great and a really convenient way to start the day. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. On the second night we could not get any sleep due loud noisy pipes in the hotel room which sounded like a constant water leak or dripping. We had reported this to the reception during the day as well, and were not offered a room move at that time. At midnight they wanted to switch us to another room, a further inconvenience. They then would only offer a refund of the facility fee due to us booking the room through Expedia. For the most part it’s a good hotel in a great location but the experience of the stay in the room soured the experience.

Very clean, modern property. Nice trendy rooms. Breakfast was good, never had to wait even when it was so busy. Very convenient location, so close to ties square. Lots of bars, restaurants shops close by. Bar on site which had happy hour 4.30pm-7pm and staff were very friendly and remembered our order, a very nice touch.
