Staff was great. I missed having a clock in the room. The shower walls provided a silhouette into the bedroom of the person taking a shower. Personally, I like more privacy than that. No microwave. No coffee maker. Breakfast served daily was incredible. However, i was disappointed that I couldn’t take a cup of coffee out of the dining room. But, the employees were all very nice.

I really don’t recommend this hotel. When we got there they charged us a $33 dollar fee per night (why not just include that in the room price?) for a “facilities fee”. I don’t think this was made clear anywhere. The rooms are strange - you can see through the bathroom frosted glass from the bed, which is super weird. The walls are really thin, so you can hear people walking through the hallways, slamming doors etc (beyond the street noise). There’s also a very bright night light on the hairdryer in the bathroom, and because of the frosted glass it leaves the room super bright throughout the night. Throughout the day (when I was working) they started testing the fire alarm system. It makes sense that they have to test them - but they should definitely warn people beforehand? It was very disruptive. The breakfast is just ok. They allow people from outside the hotel to pay to use it as well, which means that it’s also EXTREMELY crowded. The food is fine. They charge for everything, including late checkout. Better to just get a nicer/ more expensive hotel where there aren’t hidden fees for everything.
