I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is very well maintained. I had an issue with the heater in my room. It was fixed promptly. One small issue was that the room service never refilled the body lotion in the bathroom… they replaced the old towels and bedsheet and cleaned the room everyday (I stayed for 3 days).

A good stay for a business trip. Fast elevators and room service. The Stinger environment was quite lively and its staff amazing. Housekeeping could do a much better job with cleaning and restocking items.

Great location. Big room. Very clean and bright. We were on the fifth floor and the noise from the street, especially ambulances, was so loud it kept us up at night. We were not allowed to change rooms.

This is our 5th trip to NYC and our first stay at The Intercontinental and I can say this has been by far our fav hotel to stay at! The room cleaning/turnover is like they have someone waiting just for you to leave the room so they can do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. The around the clock staff that is super friendly and knowledgeable was amazing. The bar/restaurant downstairs was always good to us and we loved meeting our party there for drinks and apps. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The stocked mini bar with drinks and snacks was beyond awesome when you needed something quick but didn’t wanna leave the room. The blackout curtains were the perfect touch to keep all of the mornings sunlight out of our huge window. Having our own working thermostat in the room was breath of fresh air compared to other hotels. The bathroom shower and toiletries that they offered were exceptional. I truly cannot brag on this hotel enough and will most certainly be coming back here again for our future NY trips!
