Perfect location for a NYC adventure. Staff was fantastic! They went above and beyond in many areas. Would definitely recommend this area. Perfect walking distance to all areas of NYC and very clean area!

Rick at check in was all about answers and suggestions, very helpful location was perfect for getting to all sites on foot or subway easily. Loved the BarO next door as well.

This hotel is so convenient, within the middle of everything meaning it’s all walkable. Friendly and helpful staff. More than happy to book transport to the airport for us. There was some things broken in the room but still useable. Did not receive initially the room we booked but was offered to change the next day. Brilliant that we got complimentary hot drink in the cafe in the morning. Downfall was the cleaning staff were noisy in the morning as their store rooms were next door to our room. There was a couple of reception staff who did not greet and sat on their phones, however this does not go for all. Would definitely recommend!

Reported a broken toilet. Note left with instructions by the maintenance staff on a piece of paper, remained faulty. Had trouble with the safe. Had to use my daughters safe. Housekeeping as really good. Night staff not very helpfull

The staff was incredibly supportive and caring. The hotel is in an excellent location and very clean and serene. The rooftop is a lovely place to sit and relax. It was a truly enjoyable stay. I commend the staff on the extremely high level of support and hospitality they provided.

Pros: location is walkable to lots, nice big beds, cute decor in rooms, great shower Cons: literally a place to sleep (worked for us but know what you are getting ... rooms small even by NYC standards), AC unit a bit noisy
