Don’t recommend this place
Management tried charging me 500.00 for smoking in the room. I am not a smoker so I was accused and charged and had to prove that I wasn’t smoking. Place is a joke. Also encounter a bed bug and had to change rooms.

Staff is terrible house keeping wake you up at 7am until 12pm every one knocking to clean your room when you’re trying to get some sleep.. rooms and tv and super small when charges us a $550 fee for “smoking” in the room & we don’t even smoke we tried to talk to the manager but they told us to call the bank but & they never gave us the refund back if it wasn’t for the views and location is the place will be empty

Touristy Area But Sill So Fun!
I was afraid being right in Times Square would be too touristy but my son wanted to be there. The hotel was so fun and pleasant, and it was perfect. The staff are friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean and had a nice desk. The "City View" we chose (slightly cheaper than ball drop rooms) had ample view of NYC buildings, and to the far right, we could see the main part of Times Square. The lobby is spacious and relaxed for hanging out, and there's a nice terrace. Straight west of the hotel a few blocks is a nice regular NYC neighborhood, and there's easy subway access to everywhere else from Times Square. Great value and a great hotel.

The hotel is in Time Square where a lot of activities are yet it’s 2 blocs away from the craziness so I really like that. Plus the lobby was nice and entertaining and the rooms were cozy and clean.

Bathroom counter and shower glass looked scummy and toilet has a very weak flush. Phone didn’t work and light by headboard didnt work. Elevators stink and the carpet is worn out. Consider the rate per night, the hotel is not worth it.
