Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff were very courteous and I was especially impressed with the baggage concierge. Very friendly guys. The cost for the room was pricey so I was surprised to see that there was no coffee pot in the room. The rooftop patio off the lobby is a big draw here, as well. It's a great place to sit and see the city below. Very tight shower entry. I'm a big and tall guy and, though I had enough room to get in, it was close. I once stayed in a hotel with this same shower door design and its entry was even smaller.

Very nice property with a fresh clean feel. The lobby area is a little unusual....with people just wort of hanging around.....but the bar and patio are very nice. Staff was quite nice and professional.

Our room had plenty of space, a great view of Times Square as well as a partial view of the Hudson. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable and the balcony and lounge area were excellent.

I reserved the room for the stand alone shower shown in the pictures of my reservation. I have a bad hip so it is a hazard for me. When i found a bathtub I called the operator and was told I have to walk down to the front desk. At the front they said they couldn’t switch that night, that I would have to take all my luggage to the front the following morning and leave it all with him until a room became available in the evening. Why couldnt I have stayed in the current room where my bags were locked and safe? By the next day I was over the bad attitudes and just decided to cross my fingers and hope I didnt eat it in their tiny gross bathroom. The last night our heat wouldnt work the whole night. We called the front desk and were told the heat wasnt working for the whole hotel. That it wasn’t ‘on yet’. They brought us a blanket. No refund. No discount. Nothing. We had to stay under covers the rest of the night in jackets.

The check-in process was slow and I had to wait till just about 4 PM. I was told they sold out the night before and had many rooms to clean. The music from the bar at night when trying to fall asleep was annoying. I expected a bit more for the price.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a centrally located property that allows close by (walkable) options for your visit to NYC. Very clean and modern and the staff is super helpful! Felt very safe here. Is in the heart of theatre district if you are seeing shows, and just at the North tip of Times Square! Great place to stay!

Thank you very much for the stay, we really loved the hotel, the location, and the service. Everything was great. However, I would like to clarify something for the future to avoid any inconvenience. Since the rooftop and bar are accessible to outside visitors, it’s important that guests are given priority. One evening, I waited in line to order a couple of drinks and sat at the bar. I could have continued ordering drinks, but a staff member told me I had to stand in a long line again. Even though I’m a priority guest, I had no intention of skipping the line. The issue is, if I’m seated at the bar, I should continue to be served there without having to get up and stand in line again, especially when it’s not clear where to sit after. This led me to leave the bar and go elsewhere, as it didn’t make sense to wait in line again. That was a bit disappointing, especially since many of the people in line were non-guests coming in to visit the rooftop. This could definitely be improved. I understand the place was busy, but if this happens often, perhaps hiring more staff would help.

I was in town for a business trip, location was perfect. What I did not realize that they have a DJ Thursday night till 11pm. The place is very hip and great for youngsters, influencers. I am old and boring :-) . Still hard to adjust to NYC prices of nearly $500 a night, you don't get much. After calling front desk about the noise ( we were on 14th floor and DJ on the 10th) , they said music will stop at 11pm and we will be credited $80 back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at M Social Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. This hotel is situated in an excellent location, providing easy access to popular attractions and local dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the city or relax by balcony with a perfect view of the city, everything was just a short walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such a picturesque sight was a fantastic way to start each day. The hotel’s design maximizes the views, allowing guests to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend M Social Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay with excellent amenities, service, and views. I can’t wait to return!
