Did not enjoy our stay - property located on a 6 lane motorway so very noisy all the time- room was not reflective of what we booked - totally different style of room - whole property was dated and smelt of cigarettes throughout- the bathroom was terrible- dated and very run down- sealer in all the joints going mouldy etc- could not recommend anyone stay here!

It’s a motel not a hotel and terrible service.
Firstly this is NOT A HOTEL it is a MOTEL. Google for real photos. We accidentally booked on the wrong day. I noticed straight away and tried to contact them. No answer. I was on chat to hotels.com at the same time and within 5 minutes they got through to explain the situation. Hotels.com was confident they would cancel because booking hadn’t even gone through to the motel we caught it that early. Motel said manager would organise refund next day. Unfortunately next day they said they wouldn’t refund because they could have sold the room! Why didn’t you cancel or change my booking to the next day which was the correct day (same room available next day) Hotels,com told you it was booked on the wrong day and gave you options. Hotels.com was great. They changed the booking name so at least my sons could go and spend the night: I was at work so couldn’t check them in. Hotels.com and I tried to contact them the whole morning to make sure they won’t reject my sons at check in. No one answers the phone. Motel denied my son entry saying no booking. Hotels.com called and Motel lied saying no one at front door so my sons must be at wrong place. But someone immediately showed up to let them in. One star for misleading the public and calling themselves a hotel and charging $360 a night. We were ready to take responsibility and leave a good review if it was good but bugs on the beds, not answering calls, denying entry, broken after hours box, and lying to Hotels.com is just too much.
