Property was close to International Cruise Terminal. We were able to purchase lunch at the Service Station over the road and walk to the Hamilton Hotel for dinner at night. Taxi was very efficient the next morning

Stayed on the second floor in a great room with lovely high ceilings. Comfortable bed. Lovely leafy outlook through the window. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5 star review was the heavily mould stained shower which was disappointing. The only way to fix would be to regrout given the age of the bathroom, but I would recommend the hotel to do this as it would really improve the room for travellers who want a nice hot shower and a comfy bed (really that’s ALL that people want from an airport hotel)

Room was tidy. Beds clean. Simple amenities. At arrival, room had potent strong smell of cigarette or similar. I was staying with a group so had 4 other rooms who all reported the same thing. The staff were nice but kindness does not mask incompetency. Cracked tiles in the shower were exposed. Handwash was empty. Only able to use the dodgy 2 person elevator because the stairs were ‘out of order’ due to construction. Scaffolding the building’s interior decor. Overall not bad I guess.

Gaps under door large enough for lizards and snakes to enter through, bathroom window does not close all the way. Toilet leaked from the back. We reported the issues daily and nothing done to fix, just got more towels for the toilet leaking

A well maintained property with a large room. Good value for Brisbane. Staff member was very friendly. Only negitive was the smell coming from the toilet. It probably needed a new seal. It made the room smell.

After reading some reviews was a little worried about booking but glad I did book here. Our two rooms we booked were great, bottom level near the pool which we didn't use as we were there to go and watch the Australian BMW PGA championship.Rooms were very clean,shower good, beds very comfortable.Plenty of places around this area to dine for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We spent most of the time in the afternoon at the Hamilton Hotel which is walking distance up the road about 300 metres.I would recommend this to anyone, very convenient to everything.

The after hours check in process was good and the room smelt a little funny but probably the cleaning product that was used. Room was clean and comfortable but some of the fittings in the bathroom were broken or damaged such as the towel rail with still bits stuck in the wall and gave the impression of tiredness and not caring. Did the job I needed and close to airport so wasnt unsatisfied.

Remember what travelling was like in the '90s? Lots of space, a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster and a kettle, your own bathroom, a carpark and staff who are genuinely interested in you. Well, that's what this motel is like. Admittedly, its decor has probably not had a facelift since the 90s too, but I really liked the spacious room, amenities and friendly staff - beats an overpriced, tiny Air BnB. The area around the hotel is also quite nice.

Flight got changed at least minute had to change date of trip, accommodation couldn't transfer day. No refund. Not happy.
