Great hotel with a few issues. Staff are wonderful, location is perfect for walking to Theater District or Chelsea, nice in-hotel options for coffee/food/drinks. But overhead fan in bathroom dripped on me while sitting on the toilet, room lacks a mini-fridge for storing leftover takeout, and there are no bikes to rent like at the Hilton down the street. And noise insulation between rooms/floors could be better. Overall, very nice but overpriced.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. From check in to check out, from the elevator to the coffee shop….we were met with the most welcoming and kind staff! Also the room was beautiful! (I want that sink in my house! :)) And super clean (I am always losing things and had to look under the bed multiple times….spotless!) I was already looking up my next trip dates on the way home!
