It was a nice, safe place to stay for my 1 night in NYC. It was very close to both Central Park & Theatre District in which I was in town for. I met new friends from Italy (2) & Korea whom I shared a room with in the female only floor. However, the top bunk is not for everyone. I'm short and have a bad ankle. I had a hard time getting up and down on the very small "ladder". It definitely needs grab bars and lower to the ground steps. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I was skeptical at first, but like anyone who reads these reviews it was super nice. The check in process was easy and the beds were comfy. The entire process was simple. Lots of food places around this location in NYC. I would recommend.

La entrada aérea femenina .
En la entrada , usualmente no hay una persona debes usar esa cámara y te atiende inmediato . El muchacho me atendió en el check in y check out muy agradable y amable .
El baño está dentro del cuarto . Y está súper limpio y tienes lo necesario

Be careful of this facility!
In the ad, it looks they offer a private room and the price I paid was based on 3 star hotel in midtown NY. However, it was a trick. I found later it was 6 shared room. I got out of that facility the next day and they did not refund the rest 3 nights although hotels.com requested. I hope no other person be fooled their tricks.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nap York. At points I wasn’t sure how to enter the building (you need a code) or where my bed was but I was assisted immediately by very friendly staff through video calls. I stayed in a room with another female, and my bunk was clean and spacious. Bathroom and shower for the two of us were very clean. You also can store your luggage before check in. I would recommend bringing a small lock to chain your belongings to the wall if you need. Would recommend this place to others for an affordable safe stay in NYC.
