So for the price and location, you’re not gonna get any better deal in my opinion. Now it all depends on your needs. I just needed someplace to basically crash after my daily city jaunts and it was perfect.

For a quick overnight stay Nap York was perfect and affordable. It is very clean, calm and everyone was respectful of being quiet and courteous.

Perfect for a single person or young ladies. Food choices. It was easy walk from the bus authority and easy walk to the cruise port. Bring a lock for locker. Must try Dave's Chicken.

Good location. Washrooms need to be cleaned daily not every 2 days as so many people in n out daily ...it was dirty n no toilet paper ...no extra toiletries left either ...front desk was not friendly just doing their job. Bed was disty n dark inside.

Quiet hotel, loved that the pod was a blackout pod essentially- I usually sleep with an eye mask and I didn’t have to. I was worried there wouldn’t be air flow into the sleep pod but it was actually quite comfortable as the ac was on and the pod had the curtain drawn but I barely had to use the blanket. Convenient location for public transport. Clean bathroom and I like how the door to the room goes to the sink room first I feel like it made entrance quieter

What Idid like the price,where it was located at, clean eating area. I didn't like the check in timecan be at 3 not 4, my bed smelled like dog, men and women should the same room.

For what it was Nap York was fine. I had a little trouble signing in what with passwords but the woman helped me. The problem was the top bunk and I had some difficulty in getting in and out. However i was helped by a fellow traveller. At checkout I was told I could have a bottom bunk next time.

This place is great if your sole intent is to sleep and leave and then only sleep when you return. For solo travellers looking for a more social environment this place isnt it and to be fair I think thats the point. I stayed for 5 nights and every guest I spoke to seemed surprised, confused or even annoyed if I spoke to them. Even simple hellos were greated with barely a half smile. The positive side to this was the place was very quiet from a guest stand point. Everyone seemed really respectful when it came to being quiet. The street noise is a different story. Street noise doesnt bother me at all really but there were times it was VERY loud. But hey thats NYC and if you’re a light sleeper maybe 8th avenue isnt for you. The staff kept the place very clean which was nice. One recomendation I'd make for Nap York is to add even a single chair in the rooms. With half the top bunk being inaccessable from the floor it was just a tad inconvenient so having a chair to set things on or sit on while getting ready would be nice especially for those on the top bunk. Location is top notch. 5 minute walk to Central Park, 1 block off Broadway, 10 minute walk to Times Square, 20 minute walk to Grand Central and Penn Station, tons of pubs, restaurants and shops. All in all I'd definitely stay here again as a solo traveler. However if I was with others this wouldnt be my choice as socializing in the facility doesnt seem to be a thing so chatting and laughing would possibly be frowned upo
