Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't need anything but the fridge for water. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Todo bien. Solo un área de oportunidad. La puerta del baño incomoda para entrar. Personas con algún tipo de condición física debería pedir una habitación con facilidades para impedidos. El desayuno muy bueno pero debe ir temprano. Comienzan a recoger el área 1/2 hora antes del cierre del desayuno. Los empleados muy amables.

The customer service here is amazing. Everyone was super helpful and kind. They let us check in earlier than posted, they helped with directions, and everyone was easy to talk with. The breakfast was free and plentiful. Parking by valet and cost is $66.00 per day. But you can go earlier than your check in and explore the city before your check in time. Very close to Times Square, Bryant Park and the Empire State By. The subway is right there!! Easy to get to the Yankees game, the 911 Memorial and anywhere else in the city. Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are right there as well a couple bakeries and shops. Rooms were clean and had a refrigerator and freezer. Well worth the money and we will absolutely be staying here next time we visit the city.
