One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for awhile. Clean, safe, great location, surprisingly quiet for how good the location is. In Times Square in the middle of unlimited dining options and shopping. Close to public transportation. The staff was very very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!

1 block from Times Square♥️. Very nice receptionists and concierge. Best shower of my life as the water pressure was great! Tv wasn’t working when we checked in but the staff sent maintenance right away. Once tv was on it would shut off every 15 min. Air conditioner constantly went warm. Hair and gum from previous occupants were stuck on wallpaper. Overall 6/10
