We got to check in an hour early which was great. The room was beautiful and perfect for just the two of us. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. From the body wash, shampoo, hand soap, towels etc was excellent and smelled so good! Hot water and pressure was probably my favorite part about this hotel! It felt amazing taking a nice hot shower after a long day in the cold. I also loved the feature of two water bottles in the fridge for us. 10/10 and we will be staying there again!

Pictures were way nicer but up close, wallpaper was peeling and some dirt in corners of the room. Interesting set up around the bed but it actually came in handy. The bathroom was clean and I didn’t need them to clean my room daily but they did anyway with fresh towels daily. There was no do not disturb signs to not have them enter. Usually I’ll do without it since covid. I booked this on Expedia pay at counter under a card I was not going to use so I locked it. The morning of check in the hotel called me saying my card is not working and I said, Yes I’ll give you my card when I get in. They said, you need to update on Expedia asap or this reservation will be canceled. Took me 30 min to figure it out online and made me book another reservation to enter my card to cancel it later. When I got there, they took my card and processed it on a card machine. Ummmm ok?!?! Waste of time and stress. But overall the staff was nice, security always around so felt safe. Super close to Times Square attractions which was convenient.

Our stay was amazing. Even after a 9 hour flight delay. Stephen checked us in and right off the bat made our long troublesome day much much better. All of the staph there were kind and caring. I’d highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again

Where do I start… the Staff were friendly for the entire time so it’s not really their fault that the property itself is in such poor condition. The Room I was given was so depressing, it’s the only way to describe it There was no place to sit or any surfaces to place things on and forget about unpacking your luggage where would I put my clothes there were no drawers… everything had to be placed on the bed as it took up the entirety of the room… that should give you a good idea of the size of the room. The wall coverings in the bathroom were bubbling as if the paint was peeling and everywhere it looked like the doorframes and construction was done by an 8yr old…back to the surfaces where did they expect me to put my things I ended up just piling things on the floor… I understand NYC hotels can be small but this was beyond… I am totally baffled by some of the reviews on here I would say I got what I paid for but this wasn’t a cheap hotel

I was able to check in early, staff was lovely, the room was cute and all I needed for a fast trip to NYC. The shower was everything and the water was scalding. After walking 11 miles in NYC in heels, my body appreciated it!
