My first 2 rooms did not have working air conditioning and the third finally did. We had to change rooms twice once at midnight and spent the first night in an 80 degree room when it was 60 degrees outside. They assured us a comp for the first night fiasco but we will see. How 2 rooms in one hotel not have working air and no one know or care is amazing to me

Great stay in New York

I stayed at 45 Times Square for 5 days. I was in town to see theatre. It's loca4tion is perfect for seeing shows. I found a sense of welcome as soon as I walked in. Shawn was so helpful and pleasant for the 5 days, as were the other staff. The elevators have to be among the fastest in New York. Never had to wait longer than about 30 seconds. Beds were comfortable, windows had extra sound-proofing, shower was pleasant to tke. The only thing that I would say they could add is an ice machine on each floor. If you wanted ice you had to order it and they would gladly bring it up to your room. I'd highly recommend staying at the 45 Times Square. I will certainly check it out for my next trip, if the price is still reasonable.

Excellent service all around! I was so happy to stay here with my daughter. Every staff we encountered were so nice and helpful! I felt safe staying here with my daughter for our stay which was a total of 4 days! We walked every where and if we wanted something we knew just walk down there would be a short walk to what we wanted 😊 it was a great stay I’d definitely be staying again! They also put out little display for my daughters bday in our room which we thought was cute and nice

Strange bedroom layout. The king bed was against 3 walls so you had to climb over the other person to get out of the bed. There was no door to the shower area only to the toilet area. Only one chair in the room. Location and staff were good

The hotel was great! Very close to Times Square and walkable to many attractions and subway stations. Since it’s close to Times Square it was a bit noisy but I expected it. We were so tired at night that we had no problems sleeping. Overall I would stay here again.
