Staff warm and friendly. Being given water immediately on entrance was thoughtful. One elevator out of service at the time of visit but other than that, everything was exemplary.

Room: It wasnt ready at check-in so we received an “upgrade” to a king. The layout of the bed required you to climb up on the platform to get to the otherside of the bed. We basically did parkour every night just to get on and off the bed. Very inconvenient. View: The window faced another very close building with an alleyway down below. Got zero sunlight. Awful view. Temperature: AC stopped working. Asked front desk to switch rooms, they said they were sold out but offered a fan then called back 20min later to say they couldn't find one.

Bed was nice and comfortable, room was stuffy, I guess with the price that I paid was worth it. It was very close to most of the attractions so worth staying if you don’t mind adjusting with little things. Good things they do allow you to keep your stuffs even after checking out.

The room had four bunk beds. Really well organized. Everything was very good. Unfortunately someone in the next building was hammering til midnight. Very annoying. The staff were excellent, helpful and. Cheerful.
