Staff was excellent! Great location, easy walk to Times Square and Broadway shows. Room was small but for the price and location it was well worth it. I would stay there again.

Location was perfect and the room was clean however needs repairs and updating. Wallpaper peeling in areas. All of the light fixtures were broken or damaged. For the cost, a room in better condition was expected. The staff was super polite and helpful.

It was clean, contemporary feeling with a little hip vibe. Bed was big and comfy. Staff members were lovely and helpful. Great price. I would definitely book here again!

Location Location Location- From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the warmest of welcome from the wonderful front desk staff, their level of customer service is exceptional. Each time we left the building or came back home we were greeted with the same level of friendliness and smiles. The room was beautiful and very spacious for NYC the shower / bathroom was absolutely amazing again huge for NYC standards. The hotel is as stated Location Location , within walking distance to most attractions and subway access was also very close. Our room was facing 45th street and we never heard a noise it was so quiet. Water is provided daily which is an huge bonus and the housekeeping is exceptional also . All in all 45 Times was a highlight in our NYC holiday, it felt like being at home. We highly recommend you stay.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The room was quite smaller than expected but the location made up for that! It would have been nice to have another chair to sit in because we spent a lot more time in our room because of the rain. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. The room assigned to me had a beautiful black tiled bathroom, luxury shower head and towels, but the bed was on a platform about 20 inches off the ground. It felt like a bunk bed to me (I’m a senior citizen). The most uncomfortable feature of the room was a square column that you had to walk around to het to either the top or bottom ends of the bed. The platform also served as a chair because there wasn’t one in the very tight space. Very poor value for a total of over $500 p/n. To avoid stress, I checked out early and into a different hotel.

I got a great nights rest here. The bed was comfy, and you could not here street noise at all. Only a short 5 minute walk to all the action in Time's Square! Huge, walk-in shower. Small room but just big enough. Extremely nice staff was also a plus. Frim this hotel we caught a ride share straight to Laguadia for $75. Great stay, great trip!
