We absolutely loved our stay at Springhill Suites. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A very clean hotel located in a good area, within walking distance of most attractions in Manhattan and good transport links nearby. Breakfast was okay - sometimes very busy. My only criticism was the bathroom door - there was a gap in the sliding door which offered no real privacy when using the bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job of the room each day and were so friendly. If we returned we would definitely consider staying here again.

Service was superb, Isabela was especially helpful. The hotel is an easy walking distance to mid-town, subway, restaurants, theatres, etc. The hotel is very clean, with a nice wine and beer hour at 4 pm. Breakfast has many options and takes away any stress and time to find a breakfast location. This is my second stay and I would stay again.

Hotel area is not the best unsafe surroundings dirty streets. As for the room very noisy, you can hear doors opening and shutting, people talking, ac is so loud and funny smell in the washroom.Breakfast was ok. For the money I paid I could’ve got better choice hotel the reviews were misleading.

Location was great, everything in easy walking distance. Check in and check out is quick and staff friendly and efficient. Expect to pay an additional $200 on top of hotel fees on arrival for room damage. If no damage, this fee is refunded. I didn't expect that! Room is small but comfy and clean. Good facilities in the room coffee maker, microwave, iron and board, safety deposit box and hairdryer. They should have a full length mirror and small magnified mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for hot and cold food, plus juices, teas and coffee, etc. There's outdoor seating which would have been nice if it wasn't for the pigeons! Overall, a good hotel, good value for money and would definitely stay there again in future.

Very nice staff. The girl at the reception is one of the best hotel workers we have ever met. Unfortunately we don't know her name, but she has blond hair and was working on the morning of September 12th.

This hotel is amazing! I felt safe and happy here. The staff were friendly, rooms are small but nice. Beds cost, big tv and had Netflix. It was really convenient location to subways, time square etc. I will come to this hotel. Breakfast is amazing!
