Check in was incredibly inefficient. It took almost an hour, there was only 1 person at the check in counter. 2 other assistants presented after we already had been waiting for 1 hour. No internet service was available throughout the whole stay.

The hotel was decently clean, very convenient to Times Square & other fun places. Staff’s customer services was okay. It was a family trip, so We booked & paid for 2 rooms of 6 people per room and also paid additional charges for a roll away bed in one room. However, The sofa bed & roll away bed had no blankets. We went to front desk to ask for them. They said they don’t have any extra blankets. So we had to use bedsheets as blankets.

The location was perfect for access to Macy's parade and close to Broadway, times square. Suggestions to head to the Macy's parade extremely early for close access to the parade, NYC is busy city with lots of folks and all are heading to the same main event on Thanksgiving day.

Great location. Good economy hotel.
I rely heavily on user reviews and selected this hotel for the very high rating. While this hotel and my one-night stay were fine - it wasn’t worth the rating in this site in my opinion. This hotel is designed for young, single travelers or economy minded families. There is minimal lobby which gets a blast of cold air every time the door opens. I asked to check-in and leave my bag. At most nicer hotels - that would include an offer to store the bag and put it in the room when the room is ready. Nope. I was told it was too early to check-in and that they offered a self storage room - at your own risk. What traveler would voluntarily leave their valuables in a big closet that anyone can step in and grab any bag? Fortunately - I was only there for one night and didn’t have many valuables. Put my jewelry in my purse and left the bag. My second checkin yielded a card key, advice to take a picture of the Wi-Fi password and a paper ad for fried food. The room was small but well appointed - with a list of what you would be charged if you took the linens, towels, alarm clock, blow dryer, etc. Paper cups in plastic is not eco friendly. Small pieces of paper on the floors and dried on toothpaste on the mirror. Checked out with no issue. If you want hospitality - this isn’t it. If you want a lower cost, clean-ish hotel in a great location - I recommend.

Check in reception is not good
Receptionist told us to wait 30 min so that we can check in a little early, so we waited in the lobby in front of her. After waiting for 45 min. No sign from her and She left for her break without telling anybody about us. So I talked to a new receptionist and he said that the room was already ready. But now he tells us that he will charge 17 bucks for early check in. We waited one hour already as the lady told us we can check in in 30 min. Now this man wants to charge 17 usd. We wasted 1 hr waiting while we could have left the luggage in the Clark and gone out for sight seeing. The lady receptionist was also on her phone talking and laughing while she was on duty. This hotel could have been better.

I liked the convenience of Times Square with my entire family. Extremely walkable and close to everything. I wish there were washcloths without having to request. The accommodations were as expected and slept my husband and I and our children with no issue.

Clean rooms, parking across the street for $55 day. so close MSG. The only thing I didn't like was I could not get ahold of anyone on the phone when called the day before. 2 different times holding over 30 minutes and gave up.

Agree with a previous review that the pictures looked better than the actual property. Walls were thin, doors were heavy. I could hear every word of the room next to me and woke up every time their front door slammed closed. Bathroom was small and shower was grimey. Good if you just need to lay your head somewhere at night

Unfortunately the lobby and sidewalk are were under construction. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was upgraded without even asking. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The location in Manhattan was perfect. Walking distance to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Penn Station, Central Park.

The lobby is haphazard and looks like it’s falling apart. There are more signs and messages around the property tape up with packaging tape than there are professional looking wayfinding and other key signage. The room was just fine but the entire experience of staying there because of the lobby, the 45 min check-in wait, and a lack of space to sit and eat or meet in the hotel was surprising
