Smokey! Someone smoked in the hall that invariably made its way into our room. It eventually dissipated. Not sure why a man and apparently, his young daughter were lying on the couch in the lobby. Hotel parking was "first come, first served". We lucked out. All in all, the hotel stay served our purpose.

Great Hotel for the price in NYC
I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times. This is a relatively inexpensive hotel, especially for NYC. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always nice, courteous, helpful, and professional. The rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, and handheld showers - which makes it my go-to.

Small but comfortable room . Amazingly, they have free parking which is hard to find in Brooklyn. Breakfast was not lavish but was adequate. I would stay here again.

Basic but clean and convenient. Only little p problem was the coffee maker which is meant for a heavy mug to activate the process. The hotel provides paper cups which are almost weightless so it’s a bit tricky.
