Beware of the pull-out couch!
I loved how beautifully the lobby was decorated. The doormen were fantastic, friendly, and gracious. The suite was awesome. I loved the veranda! My husband did not sleep a wink on the pull-out couch. He said it was the worst he had slept on in his life. There was plenty of room for a family of four. I recommend investing in new pullout couches.

For a NYC hotel, this was a wonderful place. It was clean and rather spacious. The walls were very thin, but that is pretty common in New York, just bring a sound machine. The streets outside were quiet, and I feel like it was a safer area altogether.

Loved the room with its comfy king size bed, closet shelf’s and great shower. The newly renovated rooms had style all the way down to the painting in the room. Only con was l wish there was shelves in the bathroom keep my stuff in travel bags or on the desk outside the bathroom.
