The facilities, eating area is great. I feel all the care is placed there. However, the room was okay. When I enter into the room, the bathroom floor was wet as if somebody had taken a shower and left the curtain open. I needed to use the towel to dry the floor, and the floor had strands of hair all over. Also, the vent in the shower was absolutely DISGUSTING as if it hasn’t been cleaned for years. I was so disappointed with the bathroom. In addition, I only had 2 wash cloths and 2 towels. No extras when I had a total of 3 guests. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned when I wasn’t there and I stayed four nights, so I needed to find staff to ask for a bag so I can dump my own garbage and ask for more towels and wash cloths since new ones were not provided. Also, the side door outside would not open with my key card. Several guests were trying to get in and it would not work. So we all had to walk around at night, and it was an inconvenient. I loved staying here but I feel the rooms are not being taken care of any longer and all the service is placed on the amenities. I think there need to be a balance. I have booked another visit and have selected elsewhere even though I am a Hilton Honors member. I was very disappointed.
