Tam Coc Lily Homestay was a great location for visiting Ninh Binh. The owner “Lily” rents out scooters that you can use to go to Pho Co Hoa Lu (city centre) . It was a short scooter ride to the boat rides to visit the caves “World Heritage site”. It was a short walk from the homestay to the boat ride “town” in Tam Coc Bich Dong for rice parties fields. It was a partial rainy day but as a tourist, you make the best of it. People there were wonderful.
Breakfast at Tam Coc Lily was great, choice of hot noodle soup, Vietnamese rice rolls (Banh Cuon) and fresh fruits and coffee/juice.
Lily was a great host.
Overall, great place and I would recommend!
