Nice hotel, within walking distance from (Restaurants, shops, transportation...). The saff is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent. Will come back again whenever i visit the area.

If you have rooms 403 or 404 they have a large terrace attached. It dies mean walking from the 3rd floor; but the quiet spacious tetrahedron made it worth the walk.

Good hotel in a quiet location a little way back from the promenade but still within easy walking distance of the beach and the city centre/old town.Good sized room. No restaurant (only a breakfast room) but a huge selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small bar which the reception staff will attended when requested as there is a small garden at the front which was a nice place to have a drink.

The room carpet was dirty, there were stains on the curtains, things dirty or broken. I only stayed for a night, but I wouldn’t stayed again neither recommend to anyone. Good thing: The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A lovely comfortable hotel. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk around Nice. 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and 15 minutes from the railway station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Plenty of choice at breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel.

Shower tray leaks and water ends up all over bathroom, plus constant damp smell. Reported to reception 3 times over a 3 night stay. Staff are very polite and in most cases helpful, but there was no real resolution to our issue.

What a fantastic hotel. The main managers And the assistant managers were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean quiet and a very spacious close to all the main restaurants short walk from the beach. It was a fantastic day with my wife and my two boys age 7 and eight.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location - walking distance for shopping, beach & restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Highly recommend - very reasonable price compared to a lot of hotels in Nice.

Overall okay
The hotel is in a good location-short walk to Promenade des Anglais. Also old Nice and flower market in walking distance. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Rooms and Bathroom are very small.
