Hotel just okay overall. Just under $600usd per night for a very typical 3-star hotel. Very crammed rooms and lobby. Room cleanliness is sort of meh. On the other hand, the staff is very nice and very helpful.

Great hotel with straightforward accommodations. It was a little outside the main "old town" area, but it wasn't too far a walk away. A great choice if all you need is a great bed to sleep in and are ok with a little bit of walking/ubering to get around. Area was a bit loud at night and walls were a bit thin, but overall was a great experience.

Plusses and minuses
The location is amazing and only one street off the main Promenade, so great for a visit to Nice. Fortunately we had a nice corner room with windows, but the rooms and overall interior are very dated and a bit dingy. They should replace the mattresses soon. No closet, but at least there was a small refrigerator and a coffee maker! They do have a lounge with seating for breakfast and a very nice small terrace for drinks at the end of the day. Staff was very friendly.

Our stay was very nice. Our room and the hotel was really clean. the staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good with many options to eat. They also upgraded us to a superior room which was a plus for us because it was a nice gesture.

Lovely little boutique hotel just a 5 minute walk to both Promenade des Anglais and the Alsace-Lorraine tram station. The staff are multilingual and very friendly :) The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of personality. The optional breakfast buffet was also good! My only small gripe is about the design of the bathroom. It’s big but there’s no closed shower or tub. It’s open with a shower head and just a shower curtain, so everything gets absolutely wet and slippery when you shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

Did what we needed it too.
Hotel staff were friendly, and we could check in 10mins early which was great, the room was smaller than expected (those wide angled cameras are sneaky) and the room had an initial strange smell, but that seemed to go. The room was very clean as was the shower. The mattress was very hard, which was fine for my but my Husband really struggled. Breakfast was ok as it was included, if I’d paid extra I would have been disappointed we got up late ish 9 and there was nothing available from the hot food counter and the pastry’s were limited. Second day was better as up for 8am - the breakfast was open till 11 so no idea what was left for those people. Honesty bar good Location great. Over all we enjoyed our time but would seek other hotels due to bed comfort.
