Used to offer a platinum benefit of a free upgrade when available and they no longer do. Plus was supposed to get free parking and it was included in my bill . I had to dispute at checkout. Overall, the service is not what it used to be at the Heathman. It used to be my favorite staycation location and I won’t be returning. There are better options available.

Great location and a very well-run place
Excellent location in the center of downtown Kirkland, 1 block from the main shopping street. Well-run with nicely appointed rooms. On the street-facing sides, there is some street noise during the daytime, but it quiets down completely at night.

Property was fine, clean, decent design. However, I hate duvets. I was either overheating with it on or freezing with it off. Please provide blankets for people who want something with more temperature control. Would also like something like a nightlight in the bathroom. Neither want full lights (wakes me up) or no lights (hard to see what you need to do).

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We love the location of this hotel but it’s basic when it comes to amenities. No fitness room or spa. The rooms are average. Beds are not comfortable in my opinion. Water pipes are loud. Although I have a VIP Platnium status, we didn’t feel much was a value add except for valet. Requested an upper room to avoid noise but was put on the 2nd floor. Road noise kept me up and it was drafty as the patio door did not seal out wind and noise. I did inform the front desk. Staff are courtesy. We liked the restaurant, food and staff. The lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays.
