Pretty poor experience. But the hotel itself was nice. Paid extra for a nicer room and got a smaller room with a worse view. The fridge also didn’t work so had to throw out old food. Staff were helpful. But would have been nice to been gifted an extra night or a discount for a future hotel to make up for the inconvenience. You pay money for a hotel to get what you payed for not something worse.
