Cleanliness and friendly staff. Soundproofing in rooms is not that effective.

Great hotel. Appeared to be clean everywhere but perhaps housekeeping could check under the beds. The restaurant, which we have visited previously, was disappointing this time. In the past has been amazing.

Very nice hotel. Easy parking. Great breakfast.

Second stay with our french bulldog We stayed on Christmas Day / Boxing Day for the Pink Coconut Reunion at the Palis Nightclub Check in was quick and the receptionist can remember her name but she is South American was lovely and really helpful Hotel is in a fab location in the city centre we had everything on the doorstop It’s also pet friendly which is great over as we often travel with our dog Hotel was very quiet but it was Christmas Day Our room was huge with a nice seating area and lovely powerful walk in shower Would definitely stay again
