Wonderful Relaxing Affordable Island Get-Away

Manufacturer Home - Built-in 2017 and placed on a brick foundation in 2018, this is a great place to spend time at the beach! The floor plan is spacious and designed for entertaining family and friends. The bedrooms are split giving the master extra privacy. The master has a private bathroom and the two guest bathrooms share a bathroom as well. This home has been well taken care of, and it's practically brand new! The property is located 1/4 mile from Intercoastal Waterwand and only 1/2 mile (2640 ') from the beachfront​. This is your chance to visit our beautiful island at an affordable price. Visit and you will want to stay a lifetime.

What I love about this home
Brand new three-bedroom home! Really close to both waterway and ocean.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
