The hotel seems pretty new, but still a bit of a walk to Bricktown. We walked there and called for the shuttle to get back, which was very convenient. Overall, it served its purpose. Breakfast was pretty good too.

We were on the second floor. Once we stepped off the elevator we noticed the carpet was very stained and dirty all the way down to our room. There were also several soft spots in the floor, almost like holes under the carpet. When we got to our room it smelled very clean. The first morning I took a shower, it leaked water so the towel I had on the floor was drenched. We only had 2 towels total. The next morning I found a roach on the wall just hanging out. We saw a dead roach in the hallway. It looked as though the hallway had not been vacuumed in some time. The breakfast was very bland. They did have a shuttle service that was very fast. But for the price I paid I could have stayed at a more upscale hotel and not had to deal with the roaches and leaky shower. I should have went with my gut. Wouldn’t let me add any pictures.

Clean, nicely furnished, good breakfast. Located in an area with no walking options. Played MSNBC on the only giant TV that covered lobby and breakfast seating…very openly anti-Trump and annoying. Guests were talking openly about this issue.

This is a literal ROACH motel. I was in town to be near the hospital where my mother was in critical condition. I only came here to sleep but I found 6 cockroaches in my room. The carpets were filthy and the staff was rude. Noisy, sketchy neighbors. I would never stay here or at any hotel linked to this chain.

GREAT! Except, found four roaches in bath area. Otherwise room was exceptionally clean. expect the bugs might have been hitchhikers with a previous guest.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was tasty and staff kept the kitchen and dining area clean. Nice, quiet, and clean room. The carpets need to be updated but overall it was a good place to stay as we attended a concert and museum exhibition in OKC.
