Stayed a night for a ballgame. Bathroom fan was very noisy and about to fall off. Let front desk know and nothing was done. Roaches were in both rooms we had. Left early the next morning so I’m not sure if they had breakfast

I had a service dog and the clerk told me to tie it up outside while i checked in and i had to pay a pet deposit for my service baby then i got to the room i bioke a king and i was givin a queen and it smelled like urine and there was. A roach .zo because i had a animal theybstuck me in a nasty room cause i was also dirty from work .worst place

Newly renovated hotel. My 2nd stay here this year. Full size fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. No oven or top stove. Bring your own paper plates and cutlery. Room isn't set up for cooking. Just reheating. Or frozen meals from the store. Quiet clean. Bed slept well. TV settings allow you to watch your favorite streaming account channels. Or local stations. $50 refundable deposit. They usually do a walk through before you leave. Elevator smelled of weed. And ongoing construction. Formerly crossroads Mall is being revitalized. It was a popular mall at one time. But became gang infested and shut down. Good to see the area getting a boost. Hotel is next to Texas Roadhouse and Residence Inn Marriott. Overall a good pleasant stay.

Beds were comfy. Clean. Nice staff. Only complaint is the air conditioner was not working properly so the room was hot. We told the desk clerk when we left so hopefully they get that fixed. Wasn't expecting the Four Seasons for $65 a night. Overall pleased for the price that we paid.

Before I even spoke a word the one and only staff person had an attitude and showed greatly a dislikeing or unwelcomeing vibes of rudeness. A very uncomfortable situation when it was meant to feel comfortable and inviting as one would think it should feel.

Pretty good stay for a cheap price👍. Definitely worth it if on a budget. Pool wasn’t clean and it seemed like nobody used it or gave it maintenance. Only downside.

I paid for my room through hotels.com. The lady that checked me in did not listen to what I told her and she charged me a second time through the property. I requested a handicapped room and she paid no attention to that either. There is no complimentary shampoo or conditioner and there is not a hair dryer even though it is listed as an amenity. The lights in the room are extremely bright and there is no way to dim them. They need housekeeping that pays attention to detail and there is also a horrible smell in the hall near the elevator.
