Positive experience
Hotel was really nice. Room was clean and large. Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach outside was well maintained and regularly cleaned.

Very good with a small issue.
A very good hotel. Pools looked very welcoming. Problem with our bathroom in that when the shower ran, so did a leak in a pipe that that created a 2nd shower near the sink where the sprinkler head was. Not ideal but as we were only staying one night we lived with it. Hopefully it is fixed now (room 105).

Paying PHP 4,000 pesos plus per night on a rainy season is not worth it esp the food prices is very unreasonable with nothing but more of crappy expensive food we ordered 515 php nachos that barely had any mince or sauce isn’t worth staying and visiting this place.

The beach was filthy, numerous beggars and merchants tried to sell what ever whenever you set foot outside. The property is run down. The front desk is surly and overbearing. When checking out you will be charged for every bar of soap, sugar packet, shampoo, toilet paper. This unannounced set of charges was the price of a room for the night. You can do far better.
