While lastminute.com.au has an awesome list of Poland accommodations, you sadly won't find anywhere to crash in or close to Ołownik.

However, 13 kilometres away you'll find Stregiel. This nearby place offers a number of apartments and hotels. These include the Hotel St. Bruno and Hotel Wodnik.

Don't blow through before you've checked out the Lake Mamry and Indian Village in Gizycko. Gizycko hotel options include the Hotel Mazury and Hotel Helena. Alternatively, you could stay in Ketrzyn, 40 kilometres to the southwest of Ołownik, where you'll find the Hotel Koch and Hotel Koch. We booked a triple room which had more than enough space for three people. While the hotel appears to be of an older construction, everything was functional and overall it was a cozy stay. The staff I interacted with didn't speak English (Google Translate to the rescue), so be prepared for that. The included breakfast was quite good. Parking is ample, and you will need it because this hotel is a good 20-30 minute walk to downtown restaurants and bars. In particular if you are visiting the nearby World War II sites by car, this is a great choice for lodging and very good value for money.
