Staff was very friendly, room was clean and ready to go. The only thing we thought was weird was the size of the pool. We thought itd be bigger but the kids loved it so thats al that matters. Great hotel though!

The beds were hard as a rock, the bath tub had rust stains, facet was marked backwards, you had to pay to park in their parking lot, the toilet seat did not fit so it sat at an angle and the room did not have good lighting

The Courtyard is located in an easy to access location. Unfortunately, at the time of my stay there was not a chef for the Bistro in the hotel. I would also suggest that patrons be aware of the parking fee. I feel that should be included in the room rate, not an additional fee upon arrival.

Lack of staff means your room doesn't get cleaned!
Hotel staff was nice and friendly...However, our room was never cleaned after repeatedly asking them to do so. We had a 3 night stay with two adults and two kids. Sink had a slow drain and overall cleanliness of our comforter and sheets was just not what you would expect from a Marriott chain brand hotel.

Not accomodating during a local natural distaster.
We were very appreciative to be able to book a room. We were displaced from our home after a hurricane force storm took out our powerlines and damaged our property. We were hoping local hotels would offer a better price deal for our city that was crippled by the storm and declared a natural disaster area but nothing was offered. A free continental breakfast is almost an absolute must especially for the price we paid. That was extremely disappointing as well but we were desperate for a room since we had no power for a few days and have 2 people in my family with heart conditions including myself and my teenage daughter. We were really hoping for better accommodations during a crisis. We did appreciate the pool even if there were unattended children there and the free bottle of water upon arriving for check-in but charging $5 for a bottle of water in the room is absolutely absurd. Ive also never been asked to swipe a major credit card "for any accrued damages" after I had already paid for the room online. That put a sour taste in my mouth from the get go. It was a nice room but dor the price and during a crisis was expecting way more.

Nice and clean. Do wish they had free breakfast but there were plenty of places to get breakfast around the hotel. Many places to eat and shop and super easy to hop onto the interstate.

Booked a king got a double queen. Booked breakfast, had to go request it—said not there but gave us the breakfast coupons without a hassle! Bed fairly comfortable. Nice pool. Friendly helpful staff throughout!!
