There were a couple of frustrating aspects of this stay. First, was the parking lot. There are signs all over saying you have to pay with your phone. So I did. It was $50 ( this was not in the center of downtown). Then when you check in, they tell you that there was a code that would have gotten us a substantial discount. That would have been great to know BEFORE I had paid. Despite being $50, it was difficult to find a spot when we got back to the hotel around 9:00 on a Saturday night. Part of the problem was that the spaces were narrow, and there were a number of large vehicles. So, even when there were empty spaces, they were unusable. The second issue was how unclean the bathroom was. It smelled of urine, the bath mat did not appear to have been washed, the towels had an unpleasant odor, and there were several long hairs in the tub and on the towels. This hotel has potential. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is attached to a burger restaurant and a frozen yogurt place. There were restaurants in walking distance. The main downtown area was about a mile away. The frustration with the parking and the disgust with the bathroom just canceled out the positives for us.

Great stay! Just slept there mostly but friendly staff. My tv wouldn’t work so they came right up and got me a different remote. Worked after that. Very nice room and stay! I didn’t eat at the restaurant. But convenient and will stay again. Thank you!

Locked reception bathrooms that required a key pin.15 bucks a day parking for an unsecured lot seems steep. We liked the burger shop attached, wanted to try to frozen Yogurt place but never did. Rooms are pretty large but vinyl floors that are cheaply put make it look ugly .just a lot of bad construction and can easily tell the builder doesn't care about esthetics. Rooms were not cleaned very well at all, it wasn't disgusting but definitely random piles of dirt places, bathtub had caulk coming out and brown water marks. Pretty cool looking water park looks very fun for kids , didn't get to use it because our fire alarm went off around 6 am, because of I'm guessing the heater got hot and started smoking. Called front desk and they maintenance couldn't check it out til 8 at the earliest. Smelled a hot electrical smell and we wanted to just get out of there, since no one checked it out. I'm sure my rating would be higher if we got to use the water park with our 2 year old at 9 am, but just felt better to leave asap.

We booked this hotel because of the pool area, which did not disappoint. The only thing that I hope this hotel can improve, is the sound proofing of the rooms. We could hear every footstep from the floor above us.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This place is absolutely filthy! Our room was very dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. There was dirt all over,hair on the comforter, and we found a cellophane baggie in the windowsill that looked like it could have been a drug bag. The toilet made an odd noise and when we lifted off the back of the tank there was what looked like a foily in there (see picture below). We were about to go to bed to just try to get through the night and leave early but then we found a cockroach by the bathroom and that was the last straw! We left at about 930 to go elsewhere and we will never go back. The hotel is refusing to refund us our money too which is ridiculous because they should be more aware and concerned about the lack of sanitation in their hotel. We should have known better than to stay there again after the last time when we found a vape pen in our bed!! Do not stay here, it’s gross and they don’t care!!!

Booked this property due to proximity to zoo and water park feature. For parents of small children, please be aware the "water park' is completely unstaffed, you are reliant on other parents to supervise their children. Observed over 6 kids fall down the slippery stairs of the water jungle gym, watched a lot of older kids do trains down the slide and pummel smaller children. Their parents? Drinking beers out of glass bottles at the tables in the pool area. Flooring around the water park features is very slippery. Would not recommend for any kids under 10. Hotel was of average cleanliness. The night we arrived one of the elevators was not working, waited 15 minutes each time I needed to ride it as you are not permitted to take the stairs up to the rooms. There is a pay lot for parking behind the building, but parking is not guaranteed and not limited to hotel guests. You very well may pay for a spot and have no where to park. We did find that the Fairfield parking (about 3 rows behind the Holiday Inn) is about $4 cheaper for some reason. Staff were very helpful and clearly doing the best they could.

Horrible experience. Well to start we got there and literally smelled like weed. The walls were disgusting in the room. Hair on the bed sheets. The pool was packed and kids play area was freezing. Big slide was probably the best for my children. Fridge in the room was gross moldy. Mold around the bath tub, pillows were horrible. Only one working elevator no stairs, had to stand in line for at least 20 minutes when we got there and then after we went to the pool. Cops were there as we were leaving the pool guessing for the weed smell . Had to pay $50 in the holiday inn parking lotto park but they are supposedly refunding me $35. Haven’t seen it yet. I had such high hopes for this hotel and it was a horrible horrible experience.

Parking is very inconvenient plus you have to pay for parking. I got there and there was nowhere to park. I have stayed at many holiday inns and this one was the worst one. Water doesn’t go down fast in the tub. Needs an upgrade renovation. Plus they charged me $50 after I paid for the hotel. Waterpark wasn’t that great either. Should of stayed where i normally do when coming to Omaha.

My boyfriend and I checked in at 4:10pm which is after chevk in time, and no rooms were avoid due to housekeeping. We also never received a call when our room was ready. Overall, after we finally checked in it was a very nice stay.

Front desk was very friendly but the hotel was not clean. There was hair still in our shower, sheets and towels were questionable, the hallways were filthy, ice maker in our floor was broke, and only one elevator was working and was very slow. Stairs were not an option.

Honestly the stay was not great. They don’t have any usable stairs (they say only in emergencies) but yet one elevator of the two was also down. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes just to ride the elevator to your room and then don’t bother trying to leave your room again. The waterpark wasn’t great, my kids just swam in the pool. Next time we will opt for something near more attractions. The parking is paid which is fine, but the lot was full with nowhere to park which is frustrating when you’re paying to park there. Spots are super tight, expect to leave with some door dings. The employee that checked us on the night we arrived was fantastic, the rest during the day weren’t super friendly in comparison, but no huge complaints. Our room was spacious and a nice layout. The elevator was a major inconvenience and detractor that would cause me to not recommend the property to a friend.
