Life in the big city driving you nuts? Reckon a change of scene and a bit of green would brighten up your days again? Then whisk yourself away to Onno and take it easy among the gorgeous rural landscapes of Lombardy.

From Onno, travel 140 kilometres north to reach Vaduz, a well-known city. You can also take off 170 kilometres north to spend some time at another major city, Canton of Zurich.

One of the region's most iconic attractions is the Sacred Mountain of the Rosary. You can find it in Induno Olona, 35 kilometres west of Onno.

Villa del Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and the Villa Melzi are three excellent reasons to head to Barni. Situated 2 kilometres away, there's certainly enough here to keep you busy for a day.

Fancy a little beach therapy? Feel the salty wind in your hair as you unwind to the serene sounds of the ocean at Piona Beach. It's the best kind of medicine, and it's totally free!
