We have just removed the carpet and installed tile throughout the condo! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free Wifi!!

Location, Location, Location!!! Perfectly located on the 3rd floor above the outdoor pool. Why mess with the elevators when you can park directly on the 3rd floor just steps from the condo!!!

Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48' flat screen HDTV in living room with a wall mounted 32' TVs in the master bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool on the 7th floor, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor tennis court. Park directly on the 3rd floor and avoid the elevators!

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix IX with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer.

Parking: You must purchase parking passes upon arrival, there is a one time fee of $50 per vehicle for stays between 1-10 days in duration. Reservations between 11-30 days are charged $100 per vehicle. Parking passes for reservations exceeding 30 days in duration will be $100 per month. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great condo, great location, great customer service

This condo was roomy, in a great location and we loved the access straight from the garage (we loved the covered parking as well!). The beds were comfortable, the closets had more space than was needed. It was an awesome place! The condo was not cleaned prior (especially the bathroom), HOWEVER, the management company (Mr. John Harbin) remedied the situation quickly without question. Truly the best customer service I have ever had. I highly recommend renting from Alabama Vacation Properties.

Decent room and good value.

Good price and decent room. Floors not very clean and kitchen is very sparsely equipped (one pan in decent condition and we had to go buy a small pack of forks). The Phoenix IX facility is good and room looks as the pictures show. Definitely not the nicest but isn’t bad for the money.

Convenient location for golf/beach trip

Enjoyed the balcony, didn’t really utilize kitchen other than the fridge, but everything else performed fine for us while there. Cold air conditioning. Not the most luxurious out there, but priced accordingly, and property was clean. Park right on the third level and walk in.

Sisters trip

My sisters in laws and I take a long weekend every year to be together and have fun. We found this place this year and we have decided it is perfect for us! It’s clean, easy to get to, right on the beach and just the right size for us…we have been playing Goldilocks for years and finally found our “just right” We will be back next year!!

Love this place!

The property was very nice! The staff working there especially the cleaning staff outside were fantastic and very friendly! Can’t say enough about that. The condo was everything we expected and more. Love the location. Only thing i could suggest is there were only four forks we could find. And you could use some better frying pans. The bigger ones were warped and beat to a pulp lol. Not a big deal but definitely something I think you need to know. Overall I would rate our trip a 5 out of 5.

Great location, so so unit

First of all, we loved the location. The unit was spacious and I love the Phoenix IX. Convenient parking situation. The unit was spacious (two couple stayed) with plenty of room for four adults. Could have also fit a couple kids. Those were the pros. Cons: sheets did not stay on the bed, I had To get up a few times each night and remake the bed or I would End up wrapped in the bottom sheet like a mummy! The floors were DIRTY. Like your socks or feet would be absolutely BLACK after walking on the floor for half an hour. It definitely needs a deep deep mopping. Some things were just a bit worn looking - part of the bathroom mirror was peeling off, my bedside lamp didn’t work, things like that. Loved the convenience of the location to Flora Bama and the beach/pool. Even with the few small issues, we would stay here again.

Great stay!

I have stayed in this same condo a few times. It is time for an update on the recliners, the vinyl is coming off. My daughter complained about the shower curtain in the bathroom was mildew, so it does need some upgrading but we did go in Sept which is the end of their busy season. But overall, no problems.
