My room was on the 12th floor and I had a wonderful evening view of the state capital. I wish I had checked in earlier to walk around and been able to explore the area. I had a very nice meal at their restaurant and took dessert up to my room for later. I felt the chicken with door county cherries was very reasonably price at $20. I had to catch a very early flight out the next day.

No exec lounge
I booked executive lounge for. Saturday night stay. I was told at check-in that there was a reception starting at 5 p.m. in the lounge. I went to the lounge to find nothing. Then for breakfast, I went to the lounge only to find it had been rented out for a private party. Not cool to charge for an exec lounge and then not be able to use it. You need to update the website and list the true hours of your lounge if it’s only open during the business week. Super disappointed as I’ve had great experiences in other cities with the exec lounge on weekends. When I spoke to the desk the gal just said oh sorry.

What a lovely hotel. Very comfortable and clean room. Great location, close to the gorgeous capitol and quieter than the hotels closer to the university. My only suggestion would be to provide more amenities in the bathroom (cotton swabs, hand lotion etc.) Other than that, a really lovely hotel. Dogs are welcome and I have to say we were SO happy to see some while we were there!

The room had a nice view of the capitol and looked nice overall. The pool is like 3ft deep and looks dirty when in it. The restaurant had overpriced food that looked like it was just grilled and then thrown on the plate without any sauces with it. Drinks were decent through the bar.

My husband and I stayed to attend a concert. Check in was seamless. We had a very nice and clean room. We used the spa the next morning, which was great! We also had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, also excelled and not overly expensive. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hilton!

Had a great stay here. The hotel is nicely situated, the room was clean and in good order, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lone item worth mentioning is that there’s a lot of construction going on in the immediate area, so expect a bit of commotion accordingly.

Very convenient for Ironman event. We booked a room for 3 but only got bedding and towels for 2. Was quickly corrected by staff who were very courteous and kind. Good bed, pull out sofa had bad mattress (as usual). Great location!

Very basic c hotel. Old and very loud AC that kicks in and off all night. Air vents were dropping dust. Housekeeping was very late and one day skipped our room altogether. We called to try to get an evening g cleaning free coming back to the room, they said they would but it never happened.
