Disappointing Stay Our stay was quite underwhelming. The fire alarm didn’t work, and the kitchenware was poor – only one salad server, a pot too small for family meals, and a burnt-out saucepan on arrival. The wobbly dining table made it impossible to eat comfortably. The beds and pillows were awful, leaving us with sore necks and bad sleep, and the “king” bed turned out to be a queen. With only three lounge chairs, one of us had to sit on the floor. The pool was cloudy, full of debris, and closed from 7 am to 3 pm due to painting, leaving our kids with no access during the day. We also found small flies in the bathroom. The only positive was the ocean view and the convenient location in Broadbeach.

The location was good with transport nearby. Restaurants nearby are great. Roomy unit with great views. Unfortunately the bed in the main bedroom was substandard. Overall cleaning was ok but finding toenails on the lounge and carpet was very disconcerting. Toilet paper and bin liners also very low quality.

Great spot, I did mess seeing the sea. We’re were close to pacific fair, oasis and the tram. Didn’t notice any noise at night which is amazing. Pool area was nice but did not use it. There was also a gym. Staff were nice. Parking was easy. Apartment had everything we needed.

Disappointing Experience Our recent stay at Synergy Broadbeach was highly disappointing. The room lacked essential kitchen utilities, providing only two bowls and no proper kitchen setup. This severely hindered our ability to prepare meals comfortably. Adding to our discomfort was a persistent noise issue originating from the main door area, resembling the sound of a plane. Closing the door amplified this noise to an unbearable level, making it nearly impossible to sleep peacefully on our first night. Despite our attempts to mitigate the noise by placing towels and clothes under the door on subsequent nights, the disturbance persisted throughout our entire three-night stay. Overall, our experience at Synergy Broadbeach was one of the worst we've encountered. The lack of basic kitchen amenities and the ongoing noise problem significantly detracted from our stay's enjoyment and relaxation. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Synergy Broadbeach based on our recent experience. Potential guests should be aware of these shortcomings when considering this accommodation option.

Synergy is in excellent location easy access to public transport for exploring. Or just easy walking distance to local Cafes Bars Restaurants and Shopping. The Apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for an extended stay. Easy free parking. Did not use pool area but did see families enjoying it.

It was a nice stay. Upon check in we found the room was not the bedding configuration requested. Luckily, it was 4 pm, so I could go to reception and ask for a room with the correct booked configuration. They accomodated the change wothout a problem, thankyou Synergy staff. In saying that, this has happened to me a lot in the past on WOTIF at various buildings. This needs to be more accuratley controlled either by advertising the correct items or the hotels booking team need to follow the booking request more accurately.
