I guess this is what you get at a cheap hotel
If you want a cheap room this works. However service almost everywhere was slow or nonexistent.They never came to clean our room or give us new towels any of the three days we were there. Then came into the room without cleaning and left a note on final day saying it’s because there was a do not disturb tag out, which there definitely wasn’t any of the days we were there. When I went to the restaurant/bar I waited around for 10 minutes before finally flagging down a cook through the service window to go find me someone. Not sure if it was because of the holiday or what but it never felt like guests were a priority here.

This unfortunate turn of events forced me to spend the night in my car, which I believe could have been avoided with a more compassionate approach. I understand that policies are in place for specific reasons, but I feel that extraordinary circumstances warrant a reassessment of these situations.

I loved everything about this hotel. I was kind of nervous at first because it’s the best western and my experience with best Western hasn’t been that great in the past but it’s a perfect location. It’s a beautiful hotel. Our room had a view of the lake and the room was beautiful. I loved the swan they made out of towel. The elevators are super fast. With the exception of one young receptionist girl that I spoke to over the phone the day before my check-in (who was very rude and gave me misinformation, causing me to have to rebook my hotel after they canceled it because of a mistake she made) , The other staff was super inviting and friendly. They helped me with whatever I needed. I definitely will be booking this hotel in the future. The price is great and my favorite part was that I didn’t have to pay for parking. I didn’t try the breakfast because I slept through it, but perhaps on my next trip I will.

There were german roaches in our room. We asked for a new room and there were still german roaches. We believe the entire place is infested. Housekeeping only changes your trash and gives you towels daily. They don't clean the floor or anything else. It was a concenient location and staff was friendly. But other than that we were very disappointed in our stay.
