Pros - staff were amazing, friendly, kind, attentive, especially Orlando and Josh at the Sandbox/pool :) Our shower broke while we were staying and maintenance came right away to fix it. Breakfast at the Habitat was so good!! Cons: Fees, fees, and more fees. Guests are already paying good money to stay and then gratuity is added to every bill on top of a daily resort fee. Food and drinks were so overpriced. A few restaurants were closed so options were limited. When we first got there our room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Someone else’s hair everywhere, gross! Overall the staff made our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful carbon neutral property which is a nice touch love that’s if environmentally friendly but designed so modern with recycled materials and wooden decorum for texture and character. Loved my experience here. Staff is top notch!
