I guess I was expecting the room to be nicer. It was clean but had kind of a weird set-up. The two bedroom suite had two beds in the middle of the living area along with a table and chairs. Closet space was minimal. Biggest con, though, was that it only had one bedroom for 4 adults to share. If you're traveling with kids, it would work fine but if with another couple just go for two separate rooms.

We had a great stay at Dockside, the only thing that maybe would have been better is to have the floors washed every few days, they got a bit dirty and with the light cleanings they didn’t tackle the floors. Everything else was great!

Transportation to and from the property to universal was great and the reason we stayed at this resort. The beds were okay not great. The hotel shower was very difficult and very noisy when turning it on and off. There was no fan in the bathroom. One of the things from the curtain to open and close it became unscrewed and fell down. When working out in the workout room the lights kept turning off. The pool was big and nice. The property was clean. It was a fine stay.

Loved it!!!
Loved our stay here. Very family friendly. Room was nice and clean. The pool was great and even though we didnt use it i loved that they had a sand area there. All the staff on the premises were friendly and eager to help if you needed them. Check-in was great. I liked that our key cards are ours to keep as souvenirs and have our names on them. The shuttle to Universal is definitely a bonus. While im sure there are times that people waited, we did not. Always a shuttle available when we needed it. And the fact that they run so late was nice for late night meals. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. And i'm looking forward to staying here in the future.
