Amazing location
For the price this was a good place to stay. Location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. Cleanliness was definitely an opportunity and one of the main pools was also closed for 2 days during our stay. The waterfall was not functional either.

The property needs more shops and food options. The night life is quiet, and the bar seen is no existent. The Starbucks on the property is a plus. This resort is perfect for families.
