Room wasn’t ready at 4:00. They never texted to say it was ready like they said but the app finally showed it was ready around 5:30. Eventually we were able to check in after HHN at Universal at 10:30pm. Very disappointed in the Hilton

One of the elevators on the north tower is down and needs to be repaired right away. The nuisance Was having to wait long periods of time for the elevator. And not only just long periods of time, but both elevators would be fully packed almost every time They stopped.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Stayed here with my senior parents and elderly Aunt, between the amount of racist encounters with other guests and the lack of professionalism from the staff is abhorrent. A fire alarm went off letting all guests know to exit the building as with other guests we were frantically trying to find the stairs exit and approached multiple staff members asking to help find the exit stairs, they waived us off said they didn’t know English. Tried to access the elevator it was flooded then eventually found the stairs and had to walk down 15 flight of stairs with elderly people with no assistance from the staff. Once we get downstairs to the lobby, and hour later they said it’s all clear. We go back to our room via elevator per the staffs advice to open to the 15th floor with a flood. We couldn’t exit the elevator, took a floor down to take the stairs back up to find our rooms flooded and people accessing our rooms without permission until we said something they asked. Multiple items were damaged and all they told us was they would move us to another room and file a claim. A nightmare is an understatement. Do not recommend

This property was fantastic. Friendly staff, clean, and an amazing location. It’s an easy 10 min walk to City Walk. For the price I wasn’t sure what to expect. But wow, it’s a really nice place to stay. I’ll be coming back here instead of dropping $$$$ on universal hotels.
