Festival Resort features the tranquility of the countryside and a short distance to all of Orlando's attractions, restaurants, commercial centers, malls, and natural trails. Just minutes away from Champions Gate downtown, guest will find convenience and grocery stores, restaurants, and more. The resort stands out for its own downtown that features an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course. Located on the Ronald Reagan Parkway and Champions Gate Blvd., guests have a direct access to all of the amusement parks: Disney World, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, and the well-known championship golf courses of the area.

Upon entering the main floor, guests can find an elegant open space that combines a spacious living/dining room that shares the modern kitchen with an oversized island, stainless steel appliances and well-stocked cabinets.
From the living area, guests can walk through the window doors to the screened patio with private pool and sitting area finding it the perfect spot to relax after a day of fun at the theme parks.
The first master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor.
Going up guests will find four other bedrooms. The second master bedroom has a KingSize bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms with a Bunk bed (Twin-Over-Twin) plus a TwinSize bed and ensuite bathroom each. And the last bedroom with a QueenSize bed and also an ensuite bathroom.
There is a Washer/Dryer room on the ground floor near the kitchen, and a half bathroom by the pool area.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. We appreciate your cooperation in completing this step before your arrival.
3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival.
